Horrible experience.
Pros:

Horrible!
Took them over 1hr to confirm my online payment, which was 3 time higher than the actual on-site oayment.
Smelly room, and I had to ask for toiletries

I wouldn't have slept there if I had another choice

It was supposed to be a 5hr sleep

Horrible service at Lakeem hotel.
Pros:

After booking online, only to get there and was told hotel was fully booked at about 11:45pm. Very lousy service. I wont recommend my enemies to this hotel. Im terrible angry and disappointed.
