Well-worn hotel, but affordable and VERY clean and quiet.
Pros:

This hotel was very quiet and spic-n-span clean. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful, particularly when I asked for recommendations for somewhere to eat. The staffer offered several recommendations, with great directions, along with menu options at each place.

Cons:

The location feels a bit abandoned and the hotel has seen better days. Those shortcomings are made up for by the cleanliness and quietness. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was nice

Cons:

Front desk woman when we came in after spending time with family. We got locked out neither key worked. She stuck her nose up in the air and didn't say a word.

All of our expectations were met for our stay.
Pros:

The staff was highly capable of answering questions and made the process of check in and check out seamless. They were knowledgeable about the area and answered all of our questions.

Cons:

The rooms were as expected and we didn’t find anything we didn’t like.

Pros:

Free waters (if you asked for water, which wasn't available to buy).

Cons:

Hot tub jets were non-functional, and water was luke warm, so not even worth a soak. Pool was cold.
