Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn. The food was delicious, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The hotel has a great atmosphere and made our stay very enjoyable. Special thanks to the staff, especially Ashish, who was very polite, helpful, and professional. Excellent service overall. Highly recommended!

It was the first time travel for our toddler and the stay at the hotel was an enjoyable one!
We particular valued the special attention given to our little one by the hotel staff. A special note of appreciation to Donna and Rose for always making sure that we never lacked anything! Words of appreciation also go to Imran and Ajith for their help and support throughout!

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City. The hotel is very clean, modern, and perfectly located with easy access to Festival City Mall. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained.

Breakfast at Sirocco was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The quality of food and service really stood out.
A special thank you to Ashish from the staff for his outstanding hospitality—he was very professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great breakfast at Sirocco Restaurant. The food was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. Special thanks to Ashish Bimal for the excellent service—very friendly and attentive. A perfect way to start the day.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are quiet. The cleaning services are average; I been out at 9:00 AM and returned at 3:00 PM, and the rooms weren't cleaned until I asked the staff. Bathroom amenities like brushes and some accessories were missing, and the handwashing sink was clogged. The price is extremely, extremely, extremely expensive.

They were totally understaffed.
For two days they didn’t fill up the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom.
We were not even provided enough towels .
My past experiences have been good but this time it was very bad service . The supervisor and reception staff were not interested to listen to the complaints and least bothered and purposely ignoring.

The breakfast and the hotel and facilities is amazing and the staff has great customer service especially Ashish he was very helpful with guiding me through the restaurant during breakfast at Sircco I will definitely come again

The swimming is nice and have good customer care Zaituna. I love the service here it’s the best experience we are really enjoying

This is our regular place to stay whenever we visit Dubai, because of its location, cleanliness, courteous staff, excellent breakfast, room comfort.
Hotel can consider replacing the pillows with more comfortable firm pillows.
Special mention for staffs (Hansika, Hamza and others) at pool who saved my son from drowning, and making feel comfortable after that.
We return to this hotel everytime for excellent services, location, and competitive pricing.

The equipment is very good, very clean, with a great environment and service staff, and a very good open-air swimming pool. The staff of the gym SHYAM is very enthusiastic. Full marks!! 💯

Robert was helpful with pool requirements. He made sure my child was pool safe before swimming. The pool is located on the 3rd floor. Good vibes og the city.

What an amazing stay! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Even though we received our rooms a bit late, the team went above and beyond to make it up to us with a complimentary room upgrade and a free buffet dinner — such a thoughtful gesture!

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable, though I would suggest adding some variety, as the spread remained the same throughout our 7-day stay. That said, the staff were always happy to accommodate special requests beyond the buffet, which we really appreciated.

Overall, I truly loved my stay here. The staff were the highlight of the experience — each and every one of them played a part in making our stay memorable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!
