No ice machine had to ask for ice. The tv in my room was absolutely awful I couldn’t get it to turn on unless I pulled the power to it first. It would automatically turn off at midnight and automatically turn on at 6 am. Tv Would randomly shut off or change channels or switch to Netflix.

I felt like I was in a halfway house. It was very dirty. We found a chew can from one of tge last guests. On the floor. I wont be staying here again. Just got to the best western across the street and spend the extra couple bucks.

There was food left in the fridge. The breakfast was subpar if any breakfast at all actually things still left in the garbage can a paper stuck in the peep hole however I did seem like the older gentleman employee was partaking in breakfast each morning. Had the waffle machine on but no waffle batter one apple for fruit.

Property is in poor condition, dirty, lacking of staff. What breakfast, there was hardly anything for breakfast and it was dirty. No ice, machine was broken. Front desk was never there. Pillows and beds very uncomfortable. Bathrooms were dirty. Would not recommend this property.

Here’s the thing I ask for Madison Wisconsin because I had a doctors appointment at UW hospital I’m kidney patient it was very upsetting to find out where the hotel was and I was charged for one night because NO ONE would pickup the phone for me to cancel..,,,,

Worst bed we’ve ever slept in. Rock hard mattress with lumps, stained sheets, lumpy pillows, dirty smelly carpet. The only food for the breakfast for the entire morning was a total of two eggs & 4 greasy saucy patties, 4 stale, hard lemon poppyseed muffins, the juice was cloudy water, no waffle mix, no yogurt, no bananas, no juice. Nothing else. It was horrible. No staff anywhere. We were up at 7:00AM & never saw a staff person before we left at 10:00. This hotel should be closed. It is disgraceful & disgusting.

The toilet was dirty. There was no extra bedding for the sofa bed. There was absolutely nothing at the continental breakfast in the morning. And there was never any staff at the front desk.

We arrived at 5:30 and they didnt have a room ready (check in was at 3:00). Once we got in the room, they had blown a breaker and there wasn't power for an hour or so. It appears they are doing updates, but this room did not seem ready. The shower head was coming off the wall, a huge Crack in the bathroom tile, the window was open when we got in with the screen out, we put it back in. The smoke detector was wrapped in a towel and hanging off the wall. There was a cloth in the sprinkler. The sheets were so thin they were see through. I booked a 2 queen bed room on booking.com then the confirmation changed to a 1 bed queen, with pull out couch. The pull out was awful. The staff was in a hurry to clean our room, so we had no cups, no soap, and ran out of TP. When I went to the front desk, no one was ever there. There was a number to call, but they never answered. I would never stay here again.

The supplies such as the bedding and towels need to be updated. A lot of the towels had old stains on them.

The facilities need repair.

The refrigerator in the room was noisy so I unplugged it

It was very dirty. They didn’t have a room ready for me when I checked in. Nobody was staying at the hotel and I got there and only a couple other rooms when I left. They aren’t busy, so I’m not sure why nothing was ready. The pool also wasn’t available

Long to list all the problems here I will be contacting the corporate office. The smoke detectors had been removed from the room. The tv would not work and I had no telephone in my room so had to walk down and talk to managment every time I needed something and after asking for a
Phone in my room none was ever delivered. I stayed here three days and the people that ran it had their apartment one floor below me and smoked MJ day and night and so the motel smelled like that constantly. I am no prude but I think someone complained as they opened up the hallway window during a blizzard and tried to air it out. Plus so much more. No
ice as machine was broke. No water in the indoor pool etc etc

The rooms were not clean. My room was supposed to have a couch with hide-a-bed, it had a cheap hard lay down futon couch that was never vacuumed or cleaned had stains all over. The hotel constantly smelled of marijuana the entire stay, the worker just propped doors open to allow the cold winter air in. There was a pool on property that was not maintained, the staff told us we could use it but it was probably cold. It was like jumping into an ice bath, my grandkids were so disappointed and so was I as this is one of the factors we rented this hotel so they could swim. My daughter and grandkids had a separate room and their door did not lock at all. Would not recommend and would never stay there again!
