Overall a good stay at a clean hotel, I just wish the room had better ventilation
Pros:

Loved the location of the property, we were in town for a festival and it was the perfect distance away but still had a lot of options directly around

Cons:

Our room was very humid and sticky inside. It had a musty smell that took a few minutes to get used to which made it uncomfortable for a little while

Had to change rooms due to shower drain didn't work. The bathroom flooded. The room they changed us to had a pair of pants in the corner, as well as floors weren't clean, and our room was much smaller than the one we paid for.

Stay over on our way to pigeon forge.

Upon entering room it smelled like feet then after a few hours I realized it was the smell of wet dog. Very off putting. Room was spacious. One bed was ok the other was lower and we figured out that the front of the bed was on the floor. Breakfast was a whole thing. No breakfast bar you sit inside the Osaka restaurant and get waited on. One young lady working the floor for everyone. Omelets were good potatoes were good but very salty. Waffles were just frozen ones. Toast was cold and unbuttered although they supply butter but it doesn’t melt on cold toast. Overall not satisfied with what I paid.!! PS we ordered dinner from Osaka and it was pretty good.
