The location was amazing. You can just step out of your accommodation and go snorkelling/swimming. No boat trips, no car trips. The water was the most blue and clear I have ever seen. The food was very good too. My wife is a vegetarian and they catered for her so well and she was so happy. There's nice hikes to do. The activities were fun and the staff always got involved in them, they were so engaging and friendly. We had an issue where the light bulb in our bathroom wasn't working and the maintenance guy came and replaced it straight away. The trip to the Blue Cave was one of the highlights of our trip. The afternoon teas were great for a small snack before dinner. The happy hour's were good value for money. The staff are amazing, so friendly and so helpful.
The shower head wasn't very secure and it kept falling, we kept adjusting it and could only get it working in a certain way but it meant that the water pressure wasn't the best. The meal time between lunch and dinner was a bit too far apart for our liking, but the afternoon tea did make up for it. We did find a few bugs in our bure, it wasn't too much of an issue and I can see how it can be hard to really keep them out.

The access was really difficult not just for us but for everyone. The steps were very unstable and really need to be addressed as I feel someone may really hurt themselves.
The food selection was good and good quality but most meals were just warm not hot.
Location is absolutely beautiful. Staff are the nicest ever! So fun just being there and snorkelling right outside your room on the most amazing beach and coral. Octopus, stingrays. , starfish and array of fish everywhere!

The property feels so secluded and the bures are private. The beaches and the reefs just off the sand are incredible. The most important point is the staff, they really make you feel welcome and part of the family. I will come back again without hesitation!

Very welcoming friendly staff. Stunning location.
Excellent new beach front bures - very comfortable with aircon and outdoor shower. More roomy than the original ones and they have their own very relaxing lounge/bar over the bridge form the main part of the resort. Lots of options for activities or just snorkel on the reef right out front and swim with the turtles.

I loved my stay here. The staff were lovely, their singing was amazing, beautiful voices & harmonies.
There were plenty of activities & entertainment going on to keep me busy for 5 days. I really enjoyed the visit to Sawa-I-Lau caves.
The dorms were good, each bed had its own cubicle with bedside draws & a table, & it was enclosed on 3 sides with partitioning for privacy.
Breakfast buffet with a good selection & table service for lunch & dinner. There is a large table for the dorm occupants so you are seated together so nobody gets left out, unless of course you want to dine alone.
There were plenty of, sofas, chairs & sunbeds. The beach is pristine white sand, no litter, no seaweed, & the sea was the most stunning shades of turquoise, blue & green. The reef just off the beach was full of life with turtles, sting rays & plenty of fish.
This is an adult only resort & everyone I met there, young & old, were very friendly & sociable.
Did I mention the Fijian sunsets!

Vegetarian meals seemed quite a struggle for the staff. For the first 2 days, I was not even offered vegetarian options. Just whatever they brought. Which sometimes was disgustingly. After I spoke with that staff and asked to have some options, they were provided. Meat eaters are given a limited option of choices, those with other dietary preferences she be afforded the same.
The other resort that shares the beach offers scuba diving. It would be nice if the 2 resort owners would be able to offer diving to both guests. I encourage the local people to stop eating turtles.
Tiki & the staff made my Fiji experience unbelievable. From the day me & my wife arrived until the very last minute was delightful. The Bure was unbelievable, the scenery was unbelievable, the food was amazing and the staff was just icing on the cake. I can’t wait to come back.. Oarsman makes you feel at home. Vinaka
Everything was perfect.
Our Bure was perfect - clean, comfortable and we loved the outdoor shower. The dining area was spacious and relaxed and we were kept very well fed! The food was fresh and delicious! The beach was absolutely stunning and loved being able to snorkel, swim and paddle board. There were enough activities to keep us busy without being overwhelming, and the staff were so welcoming and kind. We will definitely be back!
