Steps Garden Resort

Miss Kim prepared us a good breakfast after a wonderful, quite night in Steps Garden. Unfortunately we couldn't book sunshine 🌞.

A good quality hotel. In the rooms everything works and they are well maintained. They have a wonderful pool and breakfast. The location is a bit of a climb but it is worth it. The rooms have nice balconies overlooking the coast. The staff is outstanding, reception, breakfast, cleaning.

One point of improvement is the water pressure in the shower. In room 30 they have a nice shower (both rainshower as well as handheld). But the water pressure is so low, you cannot use the rain shower because it is just only dripping. The hand held shower also had a minimum pressure. If you have a partner with long hair it will take ages to wash that under the handheld. I hope they can improve this because the room was just fantastic.

Service staff was very friendly and accommodating. All rooms require you to climb steps. Food was very good, Kim served breakfast and was very attentive.

We had dinner at the hotel, ordered from their restaurant. THE price is a bit high but the serving is really big, good for sharing especially crispy pata.. masarap rin sya. We had cocktail din and Kim, the server is very attentive with all of our requests. The place is far from the parking lang kaya medyo lalakad papunta sa resort.

We had dinner with my husband and the food was delicious, and Ms Kim, our attendant, was very accommodating. Thank you, Steps Garden Resort!!! We will come back here.

I came alone and lost track of time while drinking beer and talking with the waitresses at the pool bar.

From day 1 to 5, everything was excellent.

We enjoyed the food, thanks to Kim for making us feel comfortable while having our first breakfast. (Brewed Coffee + American Breakfast)

But if you had problems like asthma its not advisable for you to stay on the area coz as the name of resort itself said steps garden which is literally more steps to challenge you going to your room. More steps more fun 😁

I made a reservation for a penthouse The advantage is that there are so many auxiliary facilities and delicious restaurant bars And the room is clean. Soap towels are all basic supplies, and even the refrigerator, microwave, TV, sofa, large bedroom is so good and Other resorts have weak water pressure in the shower
I like this place because the water pressure is strong even when I take a shower
so and The hotel receptionists, Maybelle & Charlene, were so kind and especially the bespectacled maybelle was so beautiful that I even thought about getting married (haha) The downside is that it's a beautiful resort with more advantages except that it's hard to go up once on the top floor.

Having spent vacations in various hotels in Palawan, Iloilo, Guimaras, Bolinao and Batangas, the staff, from receptionists, house keeping, ground staff and restaurant server ranks in my top three for personalized hotel guest services. From a very responsive reception/front desk, to very friendly and happy ground staff, to very meticulous housekeeping with supervisor, and a knowledgeable restaurant server, made our stay so extremely pleasant, relaxing, and care-free. We definitely plan to stay here upon our decision to vacation near Puerto Galera again. Nothing beats being surrounded by great staff that takes care of every need almost immediately. Thank you very much for our making our stay such an extremely pleasant one. Thank you again

We had an amazing stay at Steps Garden Resort in Puerto Galera! My children and I stayed in the Penthouse Family Suite, and it was absolutely perfect. The suite features two spacious bedrooms and an open layout, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. The best part was the breathtaking view of the entire Sabang shoreline—it truly felt like paradise.

The staff at the resort were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality really made our stay memorable. The location is also fantastic, with several great restaurants nearby, including the on-site Tamarind Restaurant and Frasch, which were both incredibly convenient and delicious.

We also had the pleasure of enjoying a Christmas Eve buffet, which featured a Swedish menu. It was absolutely delicious, and the variety and quality of the food made our celebration special.

The suite itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The beds were cozy, and the air conditioning kept the room fresh throughout our stay. I also loved that we had the option to cook in the penthouse, with complete cookware and utensils provided. It made us feel right at home.

If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend Steps Garden Resort. It's truly a home away from home!

On top of that, the staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. I stayed at Steps Garden Resort for one week. It was spectacular! The staff are very friendly and help you get whatever you ask for. Bed are comfortable, AC worked great, water is hot, towels, linen, everything is comfortable. Food is great!! Try the bananas flambee, it’s the best. The best part are the staff, they’re so so hard working and helpful, and create a great atmosphere. Yes, there are a lot of steps to get to the resort, but the views you get from your personal cabin are incredible.

It was wonderful staying steps graden resort and I was healing time there.
Also, the foods in there are delicious and good tastes for me.
All staffs are nice, kind and generous to guests, so I loved to stay there for 2 nights.
If I go to puerto garela again, I do not hegitate staying there and will stay there again.
Especially, Maybelle who r staff in reception is so kindness and easy to explain me to use all facilities there. Thus, I was more happy to stay there.
I recommend here to have enjoyable time and beautiful memory for your guys vacation.
