Pros:

Good parking space.
Room with a balcony and nice view.
The place on the surface looks really cosy.

Cons:

Terrible matrass in bed. The shower cabinet should definitely be replaced. Sink looks like it was sinking into the wall.
Sauna and pool are not included. And more expensive than the room.
Breakfast was pretty sad. A plate of 1 sweaty sausages, 2 eggs, some half dry cucumbers and tomatoes. Cold toast. And a coffee. No juice, milk, or water.
On the plus side, the owners can make this place really good with just a little effort. But i guess they are just tired of running a hotel. One of the owners (I guess) was just sitting in the hallway looking at the tv all the time.
