It was okay, but as a European, I expected something different for a 5* hotel
Pros:

Its close to the shopping streets, its really clean

Cons:

Often no response when you called front desk or room service, rooftop only on Friday accessible for hotel guests, room has not been cleaned with the “please clean my room” card outside

Die Lage ist super. Das Gebäude ist sehr schön und das Pub im Haus eine tolle Location mit leckerem Essen.

Cons:

Der Straßenlärm ist sehr störend - die Fenster sind nur einfach verglast. 1 Päckchen Drip bag coffee pro Person ist zuwenig. Zumal er nicht schmeckt. Lieber den guten Instantcoffee ☺️
