Over priced wish I would have stayed elsewhere

Cons:

Bed was not very comfy when my husband turned over it was moving !!! Also roof top bar closed for a wedding and couldn’t get into the Asian restaurant no gym either!!!! It’s 2026!!!!

Lovely place to stay.
Pros:

Good location and very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

We were on the 5th floor - very nice except for a party on the rooftop bar above us.
However staff were very accommodating and found us another room for the night. Much appreciated.

Good, but could be better

Great location and beautiful & comfortable rooms. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

Cleanliness wasn’t the greatest, the little things were missed, the shower screen was quite dirty as was the light switch on the side of the bed, our duvet cover also came loose and there was blood on the duvet. There was nowhere to charge your phone next to the bed if you don’t have a USB-A cable as there was no power point, the USB-A was also on only one side of the bed. When we checked out we weren’t asked how our stay was which was disappointing as I would have loved to address the concerns cleanliness.

Pleasant, I would stay again for the right price & purpose.
Pros:

Location, the atmosphere & decor, the bed, bathroom layout, staff were lovely.

Cons:

No outside window, felt really confined. The aircon timer setting was super annoying. No exhaust fan in the bathroom & being scared of the steam setting the alarm off, not being able to open the door or a window to let it out so the mirror didn’t stay foggy. Lighting, can’t use the bathroom light without lighting up the whole room
