Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, preparato ed accogliente. Camere spaziose e super pulite. Un plauso speciale va' ad Irina una professionista con la P maiuscola, gestisce interamente la zona spa dell'albergo. Ottimi i massaggi dopo una giornata di trekking è l'ideale . Complimenti a tutti quanti. Posizione ottima .

Cons:

Qualche accorgimento qualitativo sul cibo del ristorante non sarebbe male.

Die Lage war sehr gut - sehr schöner Ort. Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Service. Wir hatten Übernachtung Frühstück gebucht. Das Abendessen war ebenfalls sehr gut, aber als Zusatzleistung nicht günstig.

Cons:

camera: alle 23.00 in camera c'erano 29 gradi. Inaccettabile per un hotel in una località situata a quasi 800mt sul livello del mare.
servizio colazione: abbiamo atteso 15 minuti prima che un cameriere venisse a prenderci l'ordinazione del caffè e dopo 15 minuti dall'ordinazione, non avendo ricevuto nulla, ci siamo alzati. Da tener conto che la sala colazione presentava solo altri tre tavoli occupati, non c'era folla.
piscina: non capiamo perchè i ragazzi di 14 anni debbano lasciare i locali della piscina entro le ore 17.00

Pros:

La camera sicuramente è ottima. Il personale educato e sempre ben disposto. In particoare farei un plauso ad Emanuele il Maitre di sala, persona preparata, gentilissimo e sempre attento alle richieste dei clienti. Un grazie anche a tutti i ragazzi che lavorano in sala e in cucina, direi ottima esperienza.
