Tutto bello, l'hotel, il luogo, la camera, gli spazi, l'area esterna zen, ma anche tutto buono, la cena ottima qualità dei prodotti e chef bravi oltre che competenti, colazione incredibilmente completa, di tutto e tutto di alta qualità , con preparazione straordinaria mai trovata prima in altre strutture, ma ache I camerieri di sala molto molto bravi, presenti e disponibili, da provare per poi tornare sicuramente

Cons:

Purtroppo non riuscendo a trovare un punto negativo su hotel, personale, pasti, luogo, ho deciso di dare un punto negativo alla strada, quasi 4 ore da Padova ma......ne è valsa la pena

Il cibo non molto buono ed il servizio al tavolo del ristorante deludente con personale poco preparato, servizio non all'altezza di un hotel 4 stelle S. Altra problematica riguarda le piscine interne, tutte con l'acqua fredda, anche quella idromassaggio (peccato!). Per il resto, complessivamente il soggiorno è andato bene, il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. La posizione dell'hotel è molto vantaggiosa e comoda.

Posizione ottima dal centro di Pinzolo
Pros:

Super consigliato 😁 Camera ampia e con una vista stupenda sulle montagne. Colazione abbondante e varia, l'imbarazzo della scelta! Staff cordiale e disponibile.
Presenza di piscina grande con area bimbi, vasca idromassaggio e area SPA dotata di molti servizi inclusi nel prezzo (altri invece sono a pagamento). La struttura è dotata di due ampie zone verdi, tra cui un giardino zen con fontana.

Cons:

Sul portafiori del terrazzo c'era un posacenere pieno di mozziconi, probabilmente non veniva svuotato da un po'. La pulizia della doccia non mi ha soddisfatta in quanto la sera successiva c'erano ancora i capelli attaccati al muro.
