hanno un buon servizio di lusso
camera piccola rispetto alle aspettarive
Except for location I don’t think there’s anything to like
Such a congested room for an exorbitant cost. Hotel insisted on advance payment before arrival.
Interior is good. Staff behavior is ok. But can be improved.
Wash room is very small. No space for shower. If any body smoke outside it comes into thw room.
Good location
I am deeply disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Despite the considerable amount of money spent, the quality of the accommodations was shockingly poor. The lack of cleanliness was appalling, with a visibly dirty toilet, foul odors permeating the room, and stains present. The bedding and towels were inexcusably dirty, and the discomfort of the bed was only exacerbated by the constant annoyance of mosquito bites. To add insult to injury, the pillows provided were not only tiny but also clearly worn out. This experience did not come close to meeting the standard expected for the price paid, and I would strongly advise against staying here.

Of course, the location is good, The room size is good. I've heard the room size was very small from online reviews so I've booked a deluxe double room. The price is a bit higher than the economy room but I find it worthy.
Bed bugs, Staff behaviors. The overall cleanliness of the rooms can be improved including pest control so that things like bed bugs cant not hamper guests' sleeping comfort. I find the staffs are somewhat in the middle of being rude to being helpful. Like in the morning about 8 oclock while we were going out, a funky long haired reception guy stopped us and asking for if we are checking out today! it seems he don't let us go out to roam or wanted to provide a verbal warning if we check out today. We let him know that it was only the first day we came in he didn't need to worry about checkout. As a regular traveler in the area, I've stayed in the Grand Hotel, Peerless Inn and similar hotels so I know how a hotel staff in that area behave with guests. So, for me, this was a funny experience, and there are more small things that don't meet with a hotel that hosts international guests. But I think that can be improved over time.
Room amenities are so good.
