Pros:

Super situation de l’établissement ! Une équipe vraiment au petit soin !

Cons:

Je ne sais pas si c’est lié à ma chambre ou à l’hôtel mais la partie douche est à refaire (eau froide qui peut devenir tiède au bout de 15 min à laisser couler en ayant tourné le robinet à fond vers le chaud + débit d’eau insuffisant pour se laver les cheveux)

Pieza, ubicada en la escalera de servicio, baño muy chico, hab 307 da a la calle, muy ruidosa, ventsñas antiguas que costaba abrir para ventilar xq no había sistema de temperatura.
Desayuno bueno, pero comedor muy chico para todos

прекрасное расположение до метро 5 мин, гайд парк 5 мин. в номере тихо, кровать удобная! в номере есть чайник и чай, номер нам дали большой с двумя кроватями, двухспальная и односпальная, без наших просьб)) отличный завтрак! нормальный английский традиционный! рядом много кафе, магазинов.

Ok place for a night or two max. Location was great close to subway and restaurants. Staff helpful

Great for sightseeing in London
Pros:

Perfect location close to Paddington and Hyde Park. No noise from train/tube, only from cars on the street, which was OK. Room on 2nd florr was light and nice. Good selection for breakfast (not only toast as often). Friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Everything is small, but this is standard in London and for the price. This hotel makes the most of it

Fabulous location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean, quiet, my room was upgraded on arrival. Transport links were excellent and a short stroll to a variety of parks, gardens and restaurants.

Cons:

All was better than expected, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was included and served on the lower ground floor.

Overall I would give this hotel a 5 out 10.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location and the staff was helpful.

Cons:

My room was extremely small. It was hot on the 3rd floor and the window barely opened. The wifi wasn't working properly. I was given two passwords to use and neither worked for my room.
