Good hotel with amazing location
Pros:

Amazing staff, especially Maria. Truly cares about her guests.
The bed was really comfortable and the location is amazing! Good breakfast.

A room was given in the basement. The door lock facing the ventilation gap was broken, it wasn't secure. The bathroom ceiling had mould, carpets and sheets stained. We saw the room and stated that we could not stay in these conditions. The receptionists did not care about our complaint. We stayed at another hotel and never stayed at this hotel. We had paid 4 days and we hope they can give it back 3 days.

Hôtel très bien situé et confortable, avec une chambre simple petite et chaude.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique. Le personnel a été très agréable et arrangeant. La chambre simple était un peu petite (comme partout à Londres) mais très bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était très convenable.

Cons:

Ma chambre était au quatrième étage, il y faisait donc un peu chaud (mais un ventilateur était fourni), et la douche n'avait quasiment aucune pression donc difficile de se laver les cheveux.

Für Kurzaufenthalt super Lage guter Preis
Pros:

Anbindung zu London Paddington Station ist max. 5 minuten Fußweg, viele Restaurants und Läden und Souvenirläden auf dem weg zum Bahnhof und im Bahnhof.

Getränke Spender in der Lobby
Bis auf die Dusche ist eigentlich alles sauber gewesen. Das Bett für meine Vorstellung sehr schön gemütlich und hart. Fernseh Verbindung war super, nur das Internet hatte nicht so ganz funktioniert.

Mit Uber kommt mann für ca. 10£ zum London St.Pancras Bahnhof

Cons:

Die Dusche war etwas Schimmelig und sehr eng
Teppichboden und halt eine Typische Unterkunft die von Indischen/Pakistani betrieben wird.
Außblick was eine hauswand und Müllplatz.
War froh das mir keine unliebsamen Tiere begegnet sind.

Nice small hotel close to amenities but limited options for breakfast.
Pros:

It was close to places to eat, Hyde Park and the tube and it was a lovely room and nicely decorated.

Cons:

There is no air con & the breakfast is limited in options plus there was no decaf which was disappointing considering how much it cost for one night

Bien placé proche des bus métros.petit déjeuner buffet super à l'accueil eau fraîche glaçons et citronnade à disposition. Le personnel vraiment au top particulièrement Sergio.jai eu une chambre double aulieu d'une simple j'ai apprécié pour mes 7 jours.

Små trånga rum, inte särskilt bra städat och undermålig frukost. Sängarna var stenhårda, sunkig heltäckningsmatta, trasiga glödlampor som inte blivit utbytta. Slitna möbler, dåligt tryck i duschen.

Ideaal om de stad te verkennen en veilig s avonds terug te keren.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamer is best klein en warm (zeer warm weer ook) maar hadden een ventilator voorzien en het raam stond open. Het onbijt was lekker. Alles was er, vers fruit, toast, engels ontbijt en lekkere koffie met verse bonen. En de omgeving. Zeer goede locatie en vooral super vriendelijk!

Cons:

De badkamer kon beter. 1 handdoek en de toiletbril leek niet proper.
