Cons:

UWAGA: obok hotelu wielka budowa 10.2024 - 03.2027r.
Niestety brak info o budowie na www.hotelaristeo.com, Booking.com oraz w wiadomościach otrzymanych po dokonaniu rezerwacji!

DODATKOWO:
1. Kiepskie Wi-Fi, bo nie łączy automatycznie i ciągle trzeba się logować wypełniając formularz + często nie działa :(
2. Brak info o dokładnej opłacie za psa przed dokonaniem rezerwacji. Opłata aż 15euro/doba, ale brak nawet jednej miseczki z wodą przy wejściu do hotelu :(
Dla zainteresowanych: w innych hotelach opłata za psa 8-10 euro lub nawet ZERO.

Zgłosiłem natychmiast swoje uwagi, ale niestety nic się nie zmieniło. Po 4 dniach pobytu poprosiłem o skrócenie terminu i zwrot pieniędzy za kolejne już zapłacone dni. Właściciel się zgodził, ale pod warunkiem, że nie wystawię złej opinii na Booking.com i Google. Załączam screen korespondencji na WhatsApp.
Takie zachowanie jeszcze bardziej podkreśla totalny brak szacunku dla klientów!!!

To mój 6 pobyt w Rimini i zawsze byłem zadowolony wystawiając opinie 9-10, ale w tym przypadku (pomimo super obsługi i pysznych śniadań - co zresztą w Rimini jest normą, a więc nic nadzwyczajnego) postanowiłem podzielić się swoim doświadczeniem. Resztę urlopu spędziłem w innym obiekcie gdzie wszystko działało na 100%.

Völlig in Ordnung!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und bietet einen Parkplatz (vorher reservieren, 15€ pro Tag)

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Die Duschen sind sehr klein bzw eng. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Res odličen zajtrk; bližina morja, plaže. Možnost izposoje koles, bazen, čudovit razgled z višjih nadstropij.

Cons:

Sobe bi bile lahko večje, se mi zdijo za 2 osebi premajhne.

Loved every day at Hotel Aristeo!
Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly, huge shout out to all from reception to restaurant to cleaning staff and anyone else. Everyone always greets you and delivers finest service - you truly feel like a guest here - cozy and safe. Breakfast is delicious - stayed 5 nights and did not get bored of the adequate size to hotel selection. But the biggest part of what I liked is probably attention to detail - the small things like quality towels, pillows, bedsheets, mattrasses.. the mini soaps and shampoos/shower gels are quality products. The furniture is all sturdy, functioning. Nothing is broken or not functioning correctly. No random clutter. Clean pool, outdoor pool shower area. I just cant think of anything that I disliked. There is even a Protein shake / Mass gainer available at breakfast!

Cons:

I have no idea, maybe sometimes soundproofing not ideal? But it's such a rare occurrence that it's nowhere outweighing the huge pros and value od what you're getting at Hotel Aristeo. This place is run by people who definitely understand the hotel and hospitality business.

Beach break
Pros:

All staff were lovely friendly and helpful. We had small room with sea view paid extra for a mini fridge . Great breakfast each morning. Bus stop out the front of hotel and metromare station few mins walking . The beach 84 across from hotel was brill lovely and clean perfect .

Cons:

Lack of kettle in room for tea and coffee in room

Pros:

Чудовий готель. Номери чисті, пляж поруч, смачні сніданки. Дуже ввічливий персонал.

Cons:

Були неприємно здивовані відсутністю холодильника-міні бару в номері і дуже поганий інтернет.
