I always choose this hotel whenever I’m traveling to Louisville. The staff, the rooms, everything is amazing.
Pros:

I love how clean and well kept this hotel is. Very accommodating as well with amenities. I also like how close this property is to restaurants and stores.

Cons:

There’s nothing that I dislike about the property. Everything works very well.

Nice clean great food for breakfast. The room was nice and clean. Everything worked great.

Cons:

There seem to be some guests that were up late making noise, which is not something that you guys can control. Also, when we left for the room apparently housekeeping had already passed her room . But they were great at the desk. They gave me clean towels and all was good.

My stay was satisfactory.
Pros:

Breakfast and access to pool and workout rooms.

Cons:

Trash was never emptied in 3 day stay or new towels or wash rags.

Verygood except the Long halls to walkand parking awayfrom the door. Needed to know this in advance
Pros:

Breakfast was very good

Cons:

Parking was NOT good for handicap parking. Way to far from the door for someone who had trouble walking.

Also the room was way to far to walk from the elevator. This definitely will make a difference for the next time we are there.
