The stay was fine. People were great problem was the price I was quoted was not what they charged me

Everything was great at this hotel however they overcharged me for my room and I cannot get a hold of anybody to get my refund. That’s why you got bad marks.

Cons:

The price I was quoted and the price I was charged were different prices higher than what I was quoted. Well I recommend and maybe put bad things on email cannot get a hold of anybody to get my refund!

Very clean; comfortable beds. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Shower pressure was awful. 48-hour cancellation policy was ridiculous. Also, one toaster and one waffle iron isn’t enough for a breakfast that serves a hotel that big.
