I want to commend your reception staff (Eiffel and Dex) for their willingness to help us when we needed it most. We had misplaced our phone on our way to the hotel in the bullet train. Despite not knowing the language he assisted us promptly by calling the relevant people and helped greatly with the recovery within 24 hours. I really appreciate his gesture and am thankful for his kind gesture. Because of such staff your country’s image is enhanced more. I have a more positive image of China now from this experience.

Vey nice hotel with excellent staff. A little outside Xi’An’s main attractions.

部屋は綺麗だが、浴室が写真と異なる。浴槽に入りたかったのに、浴槽はない、シャワーはトイレ、洗面所と一体型で不便。

北駅からタクシーで約15分、渋滞ない場合で、夜景が良かったです。窓がおおきので十分夜景の満喫できる。

房間很乾淨也舒適，只是附近沒什麼地方吃飯

This property is excellent! Not what I expected for Courtyard Marriott.
Yes to any Marriott, but not Courtyard. I would definitely return to this property when I come back to Xi'an China. BEAUTIFUL! However, and I know this is a family oriented property, dining area was a bit to be desired, as it was late in the evening and my husband and I was tired from touring. We wanted a nice quiet place to eat and the dining room was not.... a bit pricey as well. We ended up purchasing sandwiches from the grocery store connected to this building. Other than that this place is EXCELLENT

New hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Loved the hotel’s aesthetics, decor and ambiance. Gym was large and clean. Spa was really nice as well. Best part is that’s it’s connected to a very cool bookstore!

Super helpful staff. Unfortunately the business ctr they have is not well equipped. I was unable to print using a USB.

Brand new hotel. Opened in March 2018. Beautifully maintained and serviced. Lots of options for breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Xi’an. Approximately 10-15 min walk to metro and right next to a shopping mall/library will several good food options. They forgot to clean our room one day, but promptly cleaned it after this was brought to their attention.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night. It was just opened in Feb 2018, the facilities and staffs are all great.
It's probably the only 4 star hotel close to North Xi'an high-speed train station, about 7 km (20-30 minutes by taxi), which also means far away from other attractions in Xi'an city.

만든지 얼마 되지 않아 시설은 매우 청결하고 고급스럽습니다. 조식은 다양한 메뉴가 있어 취향별로 먹기 가 좋습니다. 영어가 가능하지만 의사소통이 조금 불편하여 짧은 중국어로 소통을 하였습니다. 1층에 있는 컨시어지 서비스는 전문성이 떨어져 주변 관광하기는 매우 불편하고 가격이 비싼 택시 서비스를 권유하였습니다. 위치가 애매하여 지하철과 버스정류장이 멀어 대중교통이용시 많이 걸어야합니다. 또한 주변에 편의점 쇼핑센터도 멀어 시간과 에너지가 많이 들어갔습니다. 전체 비용을 이미 지불하였지만 체크아웃시에 중복으로 청구하려 하여 기분이 별로 좋지 않았습니다. 차량이동이 편하고 이동이 적은 업무용으로 가기는 추천하지만 배낭여행으로는 불편한 점이 많은 곳입니다.

Clean room comfy bed and good WiFi. A distance from key sights and nearest subway station. Concierge not helpful in getting a cab or a shuttle service to subway station available. Tough walking ~2km in the rain

所有員工都非常熱心，服務都按他們的方法解決～ 其中有幾次我們出行沒有的士，他們會幫忙用自己手機安排叫車。
Checkin 的時候出現問題，酒店告知不含早餐，但他們最后都幫忙解決。
很感謝員工在住宿上的所有貼心幫忙。
但他們的服務是出於自發的，萬怡是國際品牌，應有基本的服務質素及訓練，而不是每一件事都需要員工特別處理，雖然每件事都能解決，但感覺不是國際酒店而是貼心民宿。

This hotel was AMAZING! The staff were well trained and actually listened to my requests when checking in. After a long week of noise, I was changed to a floor with fewer people and no tour groups. Most staff spoke some level of English. Food was fantastic. It was a great weeknd of relaxation. Now it is far away from hte tourist sites, buttaxis are always avaible if need be.
