Pros:

Fuimos por San Fermín, es nuestro tercer año en este hotel. Está muy limpio, silencioso, tranquilo. De fácil acceso, con aparcamiento. En el bar hay bocadillos y pinchos de tortilla(muy buenos)

The staff is extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming. This includes the staff in the restaurant, too! The Superior Family Room was enormous and even had a small tent for our daughter to play in. They have a charging port for electric cars (though Iberdrola needs to come finish hooking it up). We will definitely be returning.

Cons:

The only thing that bothered me was the full size mattress. My wife slept just fine, but I woke up sore each morning because I could feel springs in the mattress. After a little stretching, all was well. But that is the only thing that got to me.

La amabilidad del personal fue, sin duda, lo mejor de la estancia, destacando especialmente la excelente atención de las recepcionistas y del chaval de mantenimiento. Aunque el aire acondicionado de mi habitación se rompió, gestionaron el inconveniente de forma impecable y muy amable, cambiándome a otra habitación en cuestión de pocas horas. Una respuesta rápida y eficaz que demuestra su gran compromiso con el cliente. Repetiré sin duda.
