No bathrobe nor slippers, small detail. Rude morning staff, no empathy for missing airport shuttle at 7am. The large screen clock at reception is running 5 minutes late, which contributed to my lateness ( my phone was in my room charging).

Que hay cierto personal que es extremadamente sensible a tus peticiones, y que culturalmente no encajan en la siciologia del pais.
Los que tenemos empresas de servicios y pla hosteleria del mundo entero deberian estar entrenados para agradar al publico /cliente y entender sus peticiones sobretodo si han sido formuladas correctamente (respeto y buena diccion)

A great hotel close to the airport. The airport offered a free transfer from and back to the airport, which was very convenient; we were able to rest before our next flight.
