Pros:

Las instalaciones en general bien, la habitación cómoda y bastante espaciosa. El desayuno es variado y muy rico. El traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto es práctico y puntual.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación podría ser mejor, el agua de la ducha no salía lo suficientemente caliente.

La ubicación, cercana a restaurantes y centros comerciales, el hotel tiene lindos espacios comunes y el desayuno de excelente calidad.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación, reservamos una con 2 camas individuales, era demasiado pequeña y no gurda relación con el valor a pagar por ella.

Uma excelente opção para quem precisa se hospedar próximo ao aeroporto
Pros:

Para quem precisa de hospedagem próximo ao aeroporto, esse Hotel é excelente. Bem localizado, com amplo estacionamento e facilidade de acesso próximo à rodovia. Fica somente a 5 minutos do Aeroporto Internacional de Santiago. No meu caso, não utilizei o transfer do aeroporto pois estava de carro, mesmo assim foi uma ótima experiência.

O café da manhã do Hotel é fantástico! Muitas opções, servido em um intervalo de horário grande (das 05:30 até às 10h da manhã). Tem duas bancadas com opções quentes e frias, é um dos melhores cafés da manhãs que já presenciei, invejável mesmo. Recomendo!

Cons:

Tentei lembrar de algo que não gostei, mas não veio nada a mente. O Hotel realmente surpreendeu todas as minhas expectativas, não há nada que eu não tenha gostado. Quem precisa se hospedar próximo ao aeroporto não irá se arrepender.
