Buena infraestructura, comida del restoran muy buena

Cons:

El traslado al aeropuerto un desastre, tienen cupos limitados y si quedas sin espacio tienes que simplemente esperar la que viene. La reserva del cupo en recepcion es falso ya que al momento de subir a la van nadie comprueba de que habitacion eres. Experiencia muy desagradable te puedes retrasar hasta una hora en llegar al aeropuerto

- Transfer com para aeroporto com extrema pontualidade.
- Transfer confortável, motorista educado e com direção segura.
- Proximidade do aeroporto facilita muito a viagem.
- Quarto com tamanho bom, silencioso, limpo e organizado.

Cons:

- Café da manhã regular e a partir das 09h fica com a reposição comprometida e aparência de baixo cuidado, gerando uma sensação de falta de limpeza.
- Frigobar do quarto não fica abastecido.

¡Experiencia gloriosa!

¡La amabilidad del personal me encantó! Todos mantenían una sonrisa espontánea y tenían un excelente vocabulario, tuve la oportunidad de conversar con varias personas de distintas áreas: recepción me ofreció un late checkout, housekeeping me ayudó con la puerta y cada vez que nos encontrábamos en el pasillo me daba los buenos días, mantención cambió el cable del teléfono, fue un caballero muy educado y amable, los garzones me dieron muy buenas recomendaciones para cena y postre, el encargado de alimentos y bebidas estuvo en el restauran dando la bienvenida y atento a los comensales, muy sonriente y cortés, la chica del bar me preparó la MEJOR limonada con menta y gengibre de mi vida, ¡Me tomé tres!. La habitación fue súper cómoda y el baño tenía una iluminación maravillosa para maquillarme con comodidad, el secador era súper potente y además en la habitación tenía un espejo para chequear el atuendo antes de salir. Mi estadía allá fue el mejor inicio de vacaciones.
