el hotel necesita una reforma urgentemente , esta todo muy viejo , tele pequeña, ducha todavía con cortina de los años ochenta, para el precio que tiene no me parece suficiente

No lo recomiendo , No agua caliente y mal mantenido

Por dónde empezar ….
-hotel completamente descuidado
- no se parece a las fotos está muy abandonado
- punto grave : no tiene agua caliente , sale apenas templada ( te congelas duchándote y de llenar una bañera olvídate )
- te dirán de Malas maneras que ellos lo probaron, que la caldera está a 100 grados, pero se niegan a poner tu termómetro en el agua que llega a la habitación .
- las tuberías están mal y también te encuentras el agua medio amarillenta , te acaba picando todo el cuerpo.
- ya es un riesgo sanitario que no haya agua caliente en un hotel por la legionela 50 °C → mínimo en grifos y duchas .

Cuando reclamas te dicen que eso no es un spa , que es un 3 estrellas , que mas no pueden hacer y realmente lo dicen de una manera muy poco amable . Cerca de 80€ la noche para este sitio sin lo básico que es que salga el agua caliente , no va .

- grave error alojarnos aquí , definitivamente está mantenido y está gestionado por personal que no tiene afán de ayudar además de ser agresivos en el trato .

Desconocen que por ley si ponen una ducha y una bañera están deben funcionar adecuadamente y que el agua caliente no es un servicio de lujo sino un tema de sanidad básico

En mi caso lo reclamé del primer día y ni el hotel ni booking solucionaron nada .

Habitación diminuta, agobiante y no muy limpia.
Pros:

La habitación que cogí era la mas económica y es extremadamente pequeña y agobiante, con un terrible olor de los bajantes por falta de ventilación.
Supongo que en otra fecha menos alta, tendrá un precio inferior y será mas logico.
De todas formas tienen habitaciones mejores por un poco mas, que supongo que estarán bien.
El personal es muy amable, pero la limpieza es regular, repito, al menos en mi habitación.

Cons:

tamaño de la habitación en relación al precio.
