Absolut gut, ganz günstig und empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Lage ist auch ganz gut: Neben dem Bahnhof Rimini-Miramare (Zug und Metromare) und in der Nähe des Meeres gelegen, erreicht man den Rimini-Hauptbahnhof in nur 25 Minuten. Allerdings verkehrt die öffentliche Verbindung nur alle halbe Stunde.

la gentilezza della proprietaria...stanza spaziosa..letto comodo e cn un balcone grande dotato di tavolo e sedie...vista mare laterale...bagno in po' piccolo ma funzionale..stanza profumatissima e pulitissima..anche le coperte molto profumate...colazione semplice ma esaustiva..vicinissimo al mare ( due minuti ) alla coop e alla stazione...esperienza veramente positiva consigliatissimo..

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Mi serviva solo un tetto sotto cui dormire una notte e basta, direi che 28€ in agosto a Rimini, a due passi dal mare, è ottimo.

Posizione comoda,Il proprietario Angelo,molto gentile e ottimo chef.

Cons:

Accoglienza fredda,all arrivo c era una signora all ingresso indaffarata ,e molto scazzata(che poi ho scoperto essere la propritaria).A steento mi ha dato indicazioni di dove andare e dove parcheggiare,ho avuto l impressione di dare fastidio.Struttura molto trascurata.
