Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Please note that the Novotel Berrini restaurant is currently serving only breakfast. The restaurant will be closed for lunch, dinner and room service during April 2021.

Instalações modernas e bem conservadas (bonito)

Cons:

Chuveiro com muito pouca vazão. Incompatível com diária cobrada e local do vaso sanitário parece uma cápsula ejetável. Estacionamento e hall horríveis. Acesso ao hall x estacionamento péssimos. Descer com malas requer passeio e boa andança. No meu entendimento, incompatível com padrões do Novotel. Se eu fosse gerente da Accor, faria de tudo para abandonar esse imóvel e procurar outro e melhor local. Agora para quem faz tudo à pé, pode ser uma opção, até. O ponto é o preço cobrado e as deficiências reportadas.
