La ubicación es muy buena, muy céntrica. Las instalaciones, el desayuno y el bar muy bien atendidos. Aún cuando el restaurante Meztizo estubo en remodelación, no se sintio ninguna molestia.
Solicitamos un Late Check Out de solo 2 horas y no nos lo concedieron. Nos indicaron que costaría la mitad de una noche, lo cual nos pareció excesivo por 2 horas más.

El Hotel no tiene buena atención con los infantes, este es un hotel que no ha pensado en las familias con niños pequeños, no tienen la cordialidad ni la atención de recibir familias con bebés, evitar alojarse en este hotel si tienen niños menores de 10 años, ya que la hospitalidad no es la adecuada por el personal del hotel, al igual eviten llegar antes del del check In 3 pm, porque te van a hacer esperar en un lobby no apto para recibir familias que vienen cansadas de un viaje largo, no lo recomiendo 👎🏾
What a place!!! The breakfast went above and beyond my expectations! And my husband would tell you I am very particular as I traveled to other countries to open restaurants before social media and COVID (when the hospitality industry truly cared as we relied on word of mouth and secret shoppers). Everyone we encountered from before entering the main doors to the pool area and housekeeping were as pleasant and ready to help and or guide us. Lastly, if staying during a Sunday, it is a must to attend brunch. Promise it is THE best $75 you will ever spend. Special thanks to Yahaira Gutierrez (hope I didn’t butcher her name) she ran a tight ship in the dinning room as well as bringing so much warmth to the place. She called me the week after our check out to make sure the reservation I had made for my 85 and 90 year old parents was still standing (Panamenians are always late 🤣) as she understood how much my husband and I wanted to have them enjoy and have the same experience we had. Could not ask for more! We will ALWAYS stay at The Santa Maria when back in Panama!
The only constructive criticism I have is to be a little quicker with beverages in the pool area and have someone pick up a little more often as some of the chairs had other guest trash for a long while.

I liked everything, the people, the service, the food, very good golf course
Even though the golf course conditions were optimal, they are building like 10 high rises, the noise and dust was crazy, and even with they charged us full regular rate. In my opinion is not correct, they should consider lower the rates for the inconvenience.
Es un sitio muy tranquilo dentro de una ciudad tan bulliciosa, te sientes desconectado de todo y sin estrés, es acogedor, lujoso y volvería muchas veces
El inodoro lo bajamos con palanca, pienso que hay mecanismos más sofisticados que una palanca y más en un hotel de lujo
El desayuno es espectacular, la habitación de muy buen tamaño al igual que el baño, con todas las comodidades. La piscina me encantó. El hotel está lleno de detalles. Volvería siempre
