Superbe hôtel sur Makassar
Pros:

Ce fut un soulagement de pouvoir poser nos bagages dans cet hôtel après des nuits dans des endroits hostiles. Localisation idéale dans le centre. Nous avons été très bien reçus, chambre spacieuse et très propre. Piscine très agréable et très bien entretenue. Elle ferme trop tôt par contre…Nous n’avons rien à dire, la propreté, l’accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel est irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est aussi top, de qualité, très varié, c’est rare de trouver autant de variété. Très bonne insonorisation et hôtel calme, nous avons très bien dormi. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, hôtel fortement recommandé.

De kamer met een tweepersoonsbed voor wel 3 personen 😀

Cons:

De badkamer heeft wel een renovatie nodig en de safe werkte niet, geen batterijen, heb gevraagd deze er in te zetten, maar dat hebben ze niet gedaan.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war in der Auswahl reichlich und gut. In wenigen Minuten war man am Hafen oder an der Promenade. Restaurants in Walking Distance.

Im a regular customer to this hotel.. And most of the staff already knows me and very helpfull
The room is clean and tidy.

Cons:

Since me and my colleagues stayed there quite often, i asked the marketing abiut corporate room rate..
Surprisingly the room rate given by the marketing staff was significantly higher compared to the tarriff on booking.com or any other travel websites. 😁

Heerlijk hotel met vriendelijke personeel.
Pros:

Prima hotel in het centrum van Makassar met in de omgeving genoeg restaurantjes, banken en levendigheid.
Hotel kamer ruim genoeg met ruime badkamer en toilet. Zeepjes, shamoo, tandenborstels en slippers aanwezig. Handdoeken werden op verzoek verschoond. Bedden lagen lekker, niet doorgezakt.
Hotel heeft een lekker zwembad wat aan het restaurant grenst.
We wilden bij het hotel lunchen en hoewel dat niet gebruikelijk was werd voor ons wel een uitzondering gemaakt.
Prima eten, wel weinig vega mogelijkheden.
We hadden een taxi nodig naar de nachtbus. Receptionist dacht met ons mee en aangezien app niet werkte heeft hij op zijn account een taxi voor ons besteld.

Cons:

Inchecken duurde heel erg lang. Men diende informatie in verschillende systemen te zetten en uit verschillende boeken te halen. Deze leek men niet op orde te hebben. Ook als je een vraag had en er enkele mensen wilden inchecken diende je lang te wachten
