Very unhappy customer
Pros:

The hotel refused to accept my Hotels.com itinerary and asked me to pay again. Suggestion that Hotels.com was a scam. They didn’t even offer to call you and resolve the issues. I basically spent 30-45 minutes calling Hotels.com to ask them to call the hotel. Terrible service, terrible harassment.

Hôtel magnifique à y aller à Douala !!!
Pros:

Séjour en famille avec nos deux enfants à bas âge. Prévenez l’hôtel à l’avance si vous avez des enfants pour un lit bébé éventuellement. Les lits sont très grands les chambres espacieuses avec des meubles de qualité tenues au propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et est réactif aux demandes. Si vous parlez anglais ne vous inquiétez pas ils parlent anglais. La cuisine est très bonne, L’espace extérieur est à croquer, et la piscine est un régal. Ce fut un moment agréable dans un cadre magnifique. Il faut y aller
