Everything was perfect ! highly recommend to stay at the Banyan Tree when you are in KL ;-)
Beautiful bedroom, spacious, amazing and kind staff, great restaurant and rooftop bar with an impressive view
we have booked a expensive room category. We checked in after check in time, but room was not ready.
So we checked in two hours later. When entering the room we wanted to use our private pool in the room. However, we could not feel save as the cables of the lamp were visible. The hotel managed our complaint very badly. So we were very unhappy with this hotel in regards of room condition and service.

Everything is good.
The room was gorgeous with incredible views. The staff from the moment we arrived were kind and attentive. The room had been decorated for us with birthday balloons and a piece of cake each - this was totally unexpected but such a nice touch. The staff were really accommodating when we wanted to watch the sunrise on the roof, something I highly recommend doing. We can't wait to stay again later in the year :)

Surprising small hotel, you would think it was huge. Rooms on 56 floor. Beautiful room and fabulous bathroom. Lovely, personal service. Vertigo bar is a must and very reasonably priced. Best views ever over Petronas towers! The pool is amazing too and was empty. The location opposite the Pavilion shopping mall and near other attractions is really good. A lovely hotel, highly recommended.
Wonderful hotel in central KL, the breakfast views are spectacular! Beautifully appointed rooms with great attention to detail.
An excellent base for our time on business and exploring the city.
A much easier spot for car drop offs than other hotels near Bukit Bintang

I had a very nice stay at Banyan Tree KL. The room was very spacious and I loved the bathtub and bathroom. Comfort level was high, staff was excellent. Lots of little attentions in the room (essential oil, yoga mat, smart toilet - scared me at first!). There is a nice pool and the breakfast was excellent. It's pricey, but a nice treat!
