Pros:

We booked a room for 3 people they gave us thin mattress on the floor. I requested a bed so it's easy to sleep - have knee pain but they refused..

Pros:

Good- Very convenient for Gandhi Ashram.
Bad- Not clean enough by western standards, bathroom cleaning rudimentary. Complex wifi code changes daily, not explained in check in. Breakfast is room service and evening meal is same every night.

Pros:

We were visiting Ahmedabad for a convention and needed a place to sleep. We did not intend to spend the day in the hotel room so this was a very good value for our purpose. Staff was very courteous, resourceful, accommodating and well behaved. They have their own restaurant which offers good food for the price. We had lunch and got three fixed thali.

Hot and cold water was available on demand in bathroom, toilet was western style and they supplied tissue paper when asked. We got their biggest room that had a king bed and a twin bed. We were a party of five and they supplied an additional mattress upon request. There were no mosquitos in the room. There was an AC in the room but we did not need it. Fan was enough. Breakfast was included in the room charge and delivered to the room. Breakfast options were decent. Upma, thepla and bread butter one day, poha, puri shaak the next day. Tea was specially good.

Overall, a pleasant experience.

Pros:

Location was perfect 👌, staff was friendly and very helpful..I felt pampered. I stayed 12 nights. The breakfast was awesome. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay there. Highly recommend.
