Pros:

The owner was cheerful, helpful and ready to assist you if needed. ( He offered to sort the trains out for us as some were still closed due to the Cyclone).

Cons:

The owner showed us a kitchen and dining area on our floor that we were welcome to use. But, every draw and cupboard was empty. Falling apart with no cutlery, plates or anything.

Excellent stay and enjoyed the stay. I will book this again
Pros:

Manager and all the staff is friendly. Conveniently located closer to the Colombo city. Deluxe suit is very spacious and view from balcony is spectacular.

Great value for money and lovely place. Having family in Nawala, it was very handy. Lots of great e.
Pros:

Big, spacious rooms with leafy outlook and the call of varied birds.
Sri Lankan breakfast was very tasty and served in the dining room and lounge adjacent to our room. Felt like a home.

Cons:

Very little to say but maybe a bit of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen could be handy.
But I just asked for a knife to cut up fruit and the staff were very helpful.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at APNA, the room was large and bright with a comfortable bed, I really appreciated having a balcony, kettle and desk with chair, and electricity sockets adapted to many types of plugs which made charging electronic devices very easy. The location is really quiet, set among a green neighbourhoo, and I was so happy to enjoy the swimming pool. Staff was reactive and friendly

Cons:

Neighbourhood is really quiet so no café/food options in the immediate proximity.
