Reception staff always smiling and approachable and greets clients everyday! Hotel very accessible to Parqal mall. Still
Pros:

Super near to Parqal Mall—just cross the street and you’re already there. Near to SMDC Festival Grounds as well so good when attending events. Loved the many seats at the lobby for guests waiting for check-in or for their ride-hailing service. Also with 7-eleven just next door so very convenient.

Cons:

1)Rooms not soundproof—- noise from other guests in the hallway so annoying and got constant ringing noise from something which I’m not sure but kept repeating for 2 straight nights so kinda hard to fall asleep.
2)Wish there was a hook behind the bathroom door so that can hang clothes or towel and within reach.
3)Also noted 1 of the elevators not working during check-in time. Need more waiting time as a result.

Excellent stay at the Hop Inn Aseanna City, and I'm coming back again soon!!!
Pros:

I have booked a couple times in Hop Inn Aseana City from Canada, and it has always been a delightful experience for me. The customer service is excellent, staff at the reception are nice, friendly and easy to talk to, and always with a smile, very knowledgeable and responds quickly when I make a request for grab transport. Even the security are very courteous and always assists with a smile. I love the room, it is absolutely clean, towels are fresh and I also love the bed that its so comfortable, I had a good sleep each time, the bedsheets and comforters are so soft, nice and fresh. The room was clean and hallways are spotless. I also love the idea that it has the most perfect location for me, it is free from traffic, wide roads and area is clean. Walking distance to Manila Bay, Ayala Malls and the MOA, and just beside the hotel is the Parqal Mall, there are many restaurants around, shops including a supermarket. Best experience so far, and I'm glad that I stayed longer this time. Thank you Hop Inn for a wonderful vacation experience! Till my next trip to Manila! :)

Cons:

Nothing really.. but maybe a mug inside the room for hot water when making tea. Mug is better for "hot" water not a glass. :)

Amazing stay!
