Dear Turtle Beach Resort,
I am writing this review to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your resort in Morim, Goa. My group of 14 people had booked 7 rooms, and unfortunately, three of the rooms' ACs were not working. Despite complaining several times, the issue was not resolved, and even the mechanic who came to fix it was unable to do so.
When we asked for other rooms, we were refused. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and unsympathetic towards our concerns. Additionally, the food served at the resort was terrible. On one occasion, I arrived 5 minutes late for breakfast, and I was denied the meal.
Overall, I had a terrible experience at Turtle Beach Resort. I would strongly advise anyone planning to visit Morim, Goa, to avoid this resort. The staff was pathetic and unhelpful, and the facilities were subpar. I regret choosing this resort and hope that you take my feedback seriously to improve your services.

Stay was for 2 days and apart from the things that can be improved is the breakfast buffet. The quality of food is not commendable and the service is slow and below par.
It was advertised as a beachfront property but it is a good 5kms away from the Morjim beach. The toiletries provided were extremely basis. No soap, toothpaste, toothbrush. Coffee sachets provided are of poor quality. All in all, for the amount charged, the quality provided is not up to the mark.
