Really good and would return
Pros:

Food was excellent all round as were the staff. The location and view is excellent. arm and comfortable

Cons:

Would be nice to have a lounge area instead of sitting in dining area adjacent to the bar all the time.

Pros:

The room was clean and large enough for two with a reasonably comfortable bed. There was a lovely view of the coast outside of our room. The staff were very nice, and the check in was simple and straightforward. The price was the best in the area, not as extortionate as some of the other local options.

Cons:

There weren’t any hooks in the room which was frustrating, especially for wet towels. There also isn’t a mirror other than the one in the bathroom, which obviously fogs up and can’t be used after a shower. The tea tray wasn’t well stocked with sugar, though I’m sure you can request more easily enough.

Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer gemütlich. Alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Die Matratze war durchgelegen, ich hatte das Gefühl, in einer Schräglage zu liegen.

Gorgeous hotel in a really wonderful part of Scotland. The views and setting are just perfect.
Pros:

The location was stunning, the views from my room were breathtaking. The room was much bigger and more lavishly furnished than I had expected. The telescope in the room was a great touch - sadly the dolphins weren't around during my stay.

Cons:

It didn't bother me, but for those not aware the nearby air base conducts flights at irregular hours (it's part of the UK frontline air defence response) which while not overwhelming (I heard one night flight) is something that any visitor to the area needs to bear in mind. If you sleep lightly and head to Moray, best to bring ear plugs just in case the base is busier.

Room service disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok !
Only one waitress in attendance !

Cons:

Room service was the very minimum. One day all that was done was the sign on the door was put inside the room !
