Loved Hamburg loved the hotel.
Pros:

Great hotel with very helpful and cheerful staff.
Well positioned for all the main sightseeing attractions.
Would recommend especially if you a planning a trip for Miniature Wonderland.

Pros:

Hamburg ist eine tolle Stadt. Das Hotel befindet sich in bester Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Speicherstadt. Nachts ist es zwar recht laut, aber die Fenster schotten den Lärm sehr gut ab und durch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer lässt es sich gut schlafen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Zum Frühstück gibt es ein recht vielfältiges Angebot.

Pros:

Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Frühstück ist lecker, frisch und gut organisiert

Cons:

Die Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Bar sind zum großen Teil sehr unbequem und bei unserem Besuch hat es stark gezogen.
Das größte Problem war für mich allerdings, dass bei einer Person aus unserer Reisegruppe, bei einem Aufenthalt von 9 Nächten, die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt wurden. Da erwarte ich bei dieser Preiskategorie etwas Anderes. Handtücher wurden sehr unkonventionell gewechselt.

Prima Hotel, wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Super Service, konnten um 11 Uhr einchecken. Lage sensationell, hatten fast ein Jahr im Voraus gebucht und 100 Euro für ein Small-Zimmer bezahlt, deshalb super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Coole, angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel.

Cons:

Da gab’s nix! Frühstück mit 26 Euro sportlich, aber wir haben bei einer Bäckerei um die Ecke gefrühstückt, deshalb können wir den Preis nicht objektiv bewerten.
