Was een heel mooi hotel perfecte ligging alleen het ontbijt was niet goed geregeld voor hun gasten.
Cons:

Moesten we in de rij wachten voor het ontbijt die wij van te voren gereserveerd hadden dus besloten om buiten het hotel te ontbijten en dat vonden we heel slecht geregeld! Heel jammer en dit hebben nog nooit eerder meegemaakt….

Super für Familien, Angebot und Lage top!
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ganze Familie. Die Kinder hatten eine große Freude mit ihrem eigen "Häuschen" - das Stockbett in einem andersfarbigen eigenen kleinen Raum mit Tür und einem unverglasten Sprossenfester, welches sich mit den Fensterläden schließen ließ.
Das Highlight war das hinausragende Sitzfenster, das in unserem Fall (456) sogar einen Blick bis zur Elbphilharmonie ermöglichte. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, hab geschlafen wie daheim. Ein großes +.
Am Gang war Miniatur-Kunst in kleinen Fenstern - für Jung und Alt schön anzusehen.
Im. 1.Stock gibt es Unterhaltung für die Kids mit Brettspielen, Büchern und zu gewissen Zeiten wurden 2 weitere Räume geöffnet (mit optionaler Betreuung ab 4 Jahre). Der Späti, die Schließfächer, Buggy-Verleih (15€ pro Tag) und Fahrradverleih (auch Lastenräder für Kleinkinder) und Fahrradrampe nach draußen. Restaurant (vorab reservieren), sehr gutes Frühstück (€ 26 pro EW, unsere Kinder 2-9 Jahre waren frei)

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer war mir zu wenig.
Wäre schön, wenn die Kinder (zumindest größere) jederzeit Zutritt zum Racker-Raum hätten (die 2 Spielräume, die nur wenige Stunden am Tag geöffnet sind). Aber wahrscheinlich gibt es hierfür einen guten Grund, warum das so ist. Aus Sicht der Familie etwas schade.
Das Barpersonal war nett, aber langsam. Haben sehr lange auf 2 Drinks und das Sandwich gewartet, obwohl nicht viel los war.

Sehr modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist einfach zu teuer. Das war leider sehr schade aber um die Ecke gibt es ein zauberhaftes Café.
