Pros:

Great comfortable and spacious rooms. Neat and clean linen. I am very particular regarding hygiene and cleanliness, and the Houskeeping staff is very prompt and takes care of all requirements. The food was good, they offer buffet and alacarte.

Courteous staff and Good Hotel.
Pros:

Staff is friendly and adheres to request. Kids had certain food allergies, the chef prepared food as required and served, which was not in the menu. Large rooms and beds. The price was very attractive for the services offered.

Over-exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The beds were super comfy.. centrally located 10/10 for the location and staff. I couldn't find anything in this budget and was sceptical to book, but the Hotel exceed my expectations. I keep visiting the city for work, and this is going to be my permanent choice for staying..

Excellent value for cost.
Pros:

Excellent value for cost. Centrally located. Came to visit the new Toyota plant which is being developed in the city. The staff were courteous to provide us twin beds even thought it wasn't what we booked. Decent spread for breakfast. All in all great value for money.

Great Hospitality
Pros:

Excellent location. The air conditioning was good, considering it was got very hot for us. They provided good travel assistance for us to visit the world heritage site of Ellora and Ajanta.. Breakfast and Dinner was provided and was great. Staff, especially the front office and GM Mr. Kumar was very helpful..

Food was Delicious and Good Staff
Pros:

The food served was delicious. Staff were courteous, especially the housekeeping staff, who kept enquiring if we were comfortable and required anything. Good and neat rooms, economically priced. All the major attractions are close by, and the market is right there.. cafes, malls, and eateries are in the near vicinity.

Premium Stay
Pros:

Comfortable beds. I had requested a quiet room as I was travelling solo, and they kept my request by offering me a cosy corner room. The price was excellent compared to all other hotels nearby, which is tht emost premium location of the city .

Courteous Staff
Pros:

Got upgraded to a superior room courtesy of hotel management, which had foot massagers and magnificient view of the city. I came for an industrial visit as Aurangabad is a big industrial town.. the food was good, and the linen provided was super clean and hygenic. Regular room service was done. All in all a great stay
