The hotel is absolutely stunning, set in the hills of Sintra. The stay was comfortable, staff were helpful, and food/facilities were great.

Good facilities and activities for smaller kids, beautiful setting and good size rooms. Good receptionist and easy check in.
Food was terrible, staff was inefficient, under trained and overwhelmed especially at dining times. Cold pool outside.

Breakfasts don’t have vegetables at all, and mostly people stay in a queue for omelets, and then for waffles/pancakes which takes time
For us a dinner at 7:30 is too late, so we were finding our options at the bar, which were just burgers
The massage at the spa - I got for the first day only 30 minutes option - and it was so amazing that I booked another day for 30 minutes also, and it was so bad, I would never take the other day, if this was my experience at first. First day I felt like a really full relaxation (luckily that was my birthday), and the next day I wanted to continue (and to compensate the full hour for myself) - I was asked to wait which is okay, so we started 15 minutes later, but finished almost on time, which was strange and the hands of masseuse didn’t warm up through these whole 20 minutes. (Luckily that was not my birthday already, I would be really disappointed)
About the cleaning - with a room we got socks from somebody else before
Very serene enviroment. Great pools with a beautiful view of sintras palace in the distance and all the hills around you. Huge rooms. Beautiful lobby overlooking ghe entire landscape! Parking below
Nothing great place !
A decent hotel in a good location with beautiful surroundings and plenty of space.
The food in the restaurant was disappointing, especially considering the prices charged and the fact that it is a 5 star hotel. The pasta was tasteless and the quality from one day to the next was inconsistent. This is one of the primary reasons I probably wouldn't recommend the hotel unfortunately. Everything else was decent.
