Bel hôtel familial avec vue imprenable
Pros:

Très bon hôtel avec emphase familiale : grande chambres avec espace dédié pour les enfants, 4 piscines, dont 2 intérieures (spa et piscine enfants), emplacement merveilleux, buffet adapté aux familles, tant par son horaire que sont offre.

Cons:

C'est un très bon hôtel, mais c'est plutôt un 4 étoiles, pas du tout 5 étoiles. Les équipements commencent à vieillir, il manque de personnel et de services pour les gens autour de la piscine (besoin de retourner au bar du lobby pour acheter des breuvages, et revenir par soi-même, sans plateau, avec les commandes), et du coup, un peu cher, même en réservant à l'avance. Au vu de l'emplacement, une navette vers Sintra serait apprécié, car les Uber sont difficiles à obtenir, et le réseau étant mauvais sur place, des fois difficile d'avoir le bon emplacement.

We expected 5 stars hotel, however this would for us be conditionally 4 star hotel. Overall we had good time at the end.
Pros:

Nice views, location

Cons:

Hotel had probably 5 stars 15 years back, however now rooms are old, quite dark, with very uncomfortable beds for kids, with no blankets but just sheet with cover. The 2 bedroom apartment is seperated from main building and had bad smell of moisture, was cold and not super clean when we arrived. Also the smell of main building, jn some elevators was quite strange, not pleasant. For the kids, you have very limited time in the day when you can use offered entertainments and playground.
