Our stay was good but in evening there is out side market get setup which get over crowded and bit unsafe specifically at night time. Also they have taken 150 euro as deposit which will deduct your city tax and if all is good in the property they will refund the rest of money back to your account in 7-10 days. But I didn’t received any money back yet. I don’t know how they do this ? Or it’s the way they are taking more
Money from the customer all the time. I need my money back which is 96 euro.

Staff, Location and the cleanliness of the property. Good breakfast but few varieties.

The hotel is surrounded by a homeless population gated under the bridge of about 55 people who do blackmarket swapping daily, it is not a safe place to walk about for women alone. They do charge based on room plans which are not explained online, so make sure breakfast is included as they will act as it is. You get your own water from the reception or 8th floor. The rooftop outside has beautiful views and the food is okay but runs out quickly. There was not enough toiletries, towels, cups etc but upon asking were provided. They advertise room service and have a button on the phone for it but while there they had none. Some staff were kind and accommodating and others it felt like we were an inconvenience. We did not get a great vibe here. Upon checking out a surprise $140 charged for taxes etc and something they claimed we ordered and did not pay for but that was not the case. The Sunday brunch was amazing! $35 per person

A great gem in the city. Just short u er rides away from all major sites. Staff was super friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. The rooftop bar and restaurant was amazing the food and drinks were fantastic. And the view was incredible. You have a great view of the Eiffel Tower from the rooftop tables while eating. I 100% reccomend this hotel to anyone coming to Paris

W pokoju nie działała klimatyzacja. Pomimo próśb i obietnic nie naprawiono jej. Musieliśmy zmienić pokój na inny. Udało się to dopiero na ostatnią noc.
Poprosiliśmy na Recepcji o kapcie, obiecano że będą, nie dostaliśmy.
Na zewnątrz, przy ulicy do późnej nocy rozkładane są pseudostoiska sprzedaży wszelkiej rzeczy używanych, ciężko się poruszać, słabe poczucie bezpieczeństwa.
Na śniadanie dramatyczna jajecznica. Pozostałe menu dosyć urozmaicone.
Pierwszego dnia skończyła się zielona herbata i już do końca jej brak nie został uzupełniony.
Pokoje pozornie takie same, różnią się między sobą standardem wyposażenia mimo tej samej ceny.

My passport was stolen - I’m pretty sure by one of the cleaners. The hotel staff do NOTHING to help me. Worst experience ever - would not recommend

Overall very good stay at the hotel.
Premises are fairly new with minimalist style. Room was clean and well insulated from noise. Friendliness and professionalism of the staff was very uneven. The vast majority was very helpful and welcoming, too bad that some male attendants at the front desk performed poorly.
Very good service at the restaurant situated at the top floor with good value for money for the food.
Distance from hotel to the next subway station is a little bit of a stretch.

accueil médiocre, voir odieux, propreté moyenne, confort limite (pas de table dans les chambre, si dans les lobby), quartier à éviter, rapport qualité - prix vraiement pas térrible...vue sur le perif digne d'un film d'horeur..seule la télé est bien, A éviter...

L'hôtel se trouve le long du périph mais depuis le rooftop, on entend pas trop la circulation qui, rappelons-le, est limitée à 70 km/h. Si vous ouvrez la fenêtre de votre chambre, là, vous avez le bruit mais pas besoin. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
Le personnel est au petit soin avec les clients.
Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant de l'hôtel au rez-de-chaussée mais cela paraissait très satisfaisant.
Nous avons testé le bar du rooftop. Franchement, les serveurs faisaient du bon boulot mais ils étaient débordés tant il y avait du monde le jeudi et le vendredi soir. Le boulodrome est vraiment sympa; nous avons fait de nombreuses parties avec nos enfants. Si vous n'aimez pas marcher un peu vous pouvez prendre le bus ou le tramway à proximité de l'hôtel, sinon vous pouvez rejoindre le métro, ligne 12 arrêt Jules Joffrin.
J'allais oublier le photomaton Studio Harcourt dans la salle du bar ; cela permet de vous faire un souvenir de plus... cette salle offre la même vue (mais couverte) que le rooftop (vue sur le stade de France, Montmartre, la Tour Eiffel). Vraiment bluffant.

We had a little trouble checking in but after that it was wonderful. This is a boutique hotel in an old building full of charm. It has a breakfast room downstairs with stone walls. It's really beautiful. Eric was one of the people at the desk who helped us. He could not have been more personable, professional and just very friendly. He made up for any issues we had checking in.

Hôtel super mais quartier horrible.
