Nous avons tout aimé amabilité du personnel professionnalisme la propreté la qualité exceptionnelle du petit déjeuner avec d excellents produits du café au jus d orange les vienoiseries le choix du pain excellent également les fruits frais etc tout etait réuni pour se regaler des le matin !!

Me encantó el plato de ducha (ya que no había bañera)..el detalle del secador en una bolsita..quitado del medio,.la cama grande y muy cómoda..ya que dormimos con un bebé de 1 año..aún así era grande
La atención recibida si necesitaba cuna o algo para la bebé..

Great location and very clean, but better for a weekend stay than a week.
Pros:

The location was great, was very clean and the decor was modern and peaceful so was very relaxing. Staff were great and very helpful.

Cons:

Small things- there wasn’t a bin in the room so was annoying to have rubbish on the side of the desk, no kettle in the room and we had the terrace so would have loved a cup of tea on the terrace in the morning but had to go to breakfast room to get hot water which isn’t the same as rolling out of bed and switching the kettle on. It was a small hotel so staff could be away from the desk for up to 20 mins. The terrace wasn’t very private and didn’t have a view although was a fab sun trap. Breakfast was nice but very simple so the first morning was fine but not much range or difference so on day 5 were a bit fed up.

Great property, great central location and super helpful staff, Simone was a really great host!

We had the only family room in the property, super large and super comfy. We decided to have breakfast for the kids on the morning and that was all fine.

Pros:

Ubicación excelente, habitación espaciosa y super cómoda, ambiente relajado. Desayuno estupendo. No dudaremos en volver a elegir este alojamiento cuando volvamos a Begur.

Atención excelente
Pros:

Lo que más destaco es la atención. Si el sitio es espectacular, está bien ubicado, limpio y cómodo, lo que no esperaba era una atención que supera con creces a un hotel de 5 estrellas. Pudimos hacer el check-in antes, nos acompañaron hasta la habitación, nos explicaron dónde estaba todo, se preocuparon por que tuviéramos café y agua, como íbamos en familia, nos permitieron estar en la sala de estar a la noche, etc.

Cons:

No hay nada que no me gustase. La experiencia fue espectacular.
