El personal fue muy atento y la tranquilidad.sobre todo por la noche, me permitió descansar muy bien y desconectar. La cama es grande y muy cómoda, me sentía como en casa, con aire acondicionado suave, que aunque yo lo apagaba cuando me iba, al regresar a la habitación por la tarde me lo encontraba todo arreglado y la habitación fresquita porque lo volvían a encender. Un detallazo.
Y el detalle de dejarnos una llave para guardar cosas fresquitas en una nevera también está muy bien.
La cena muy aconsejable, el pescado muy fresco y rico.
El desayuno buffet perfecto, gracias a Eli y Santi que estaban en todo momento atentos a lo que necesitara.
La directora muy amable. Me dirigió personalmente a la habitación y me explicó en detalle todo.
Muy buen equipo.

Le bruit des cuisines dans la ch 5 et surtout le prix pour le chien!!! Non annoncé sur booking ni à notre arrivée ( c est affiché au bar). 40 euros par nuit alors qu on s occupé de tout.... franchement c est honteux.

Katastrophale Hotelmanagerin, sehr schlechtes Restaurant, drei Tage lang kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, Fenster darf nicht geöffnet werden, Fettabscheider des Restaurants macht sehr viel Krach, viel zu teuer für das, was geboten wird.

We arrived and were told the restaurant was closed till March and that was a big reason for booking. The room also didn't have the facilities mentioned on the site and the room was small with little room to put all our luggage.
We did not stay here and found something nearby that was of a much higher standard and had a restaurant.
Fortunately the cancellation fee was waived.
No welcome, no information, restaurant was closed with no suggestions of where to go. No messages were replied to until I cancelled. Extremely poor service
