Saw small cockroaches in my room and when i was leaving the room i even saw bed bugs. poor hygiene and cleanliness. washbasin was clogging every time and even while taking shower the bathroom was clogging

1. The location of the hotel was suitable. 2. The bed mattress and a/c was comfortable. 3. The food menu price was affordable and tasty. 4. Good security with metalic lock system. 5. Good staff behaviour. 6. No noice pollution. 7. Money exchange, grocery shopping store, sim purchase store were located near the hotel.

Cons:

1. Behavior of one of the receiptionists were very rude, mean and disgusting. 2. Presence of small roaches. 3 Small fridge didn't work. 4. No TV remote to operate the TV. 5. No window/balcony inside the room

Hotel room is Good but Travel Desk help is VERY POOR AND CHEATING

BE AWARE OF THEIR TRAVEL DESK PEOPLE. I have requested to see 4 places for 1 day. They have shown the prize card and mentioned that for 10 places it will be Rs.3500 + Rs.500 = Rs.4000 ( Rs.500 extra???). They told me that Airport is 20km away whereas in the google map it showed only 10+ km. Since I wanted to see only 4 places which is nearby I asked them to charge me half price ie Rs.2000. But they have charged me Rs.4000. Since I have paid full amount, I thought of seeing other places whatever possible and wants to reach airport at 05:00pm, Then they arranged one cab driver and came that car in 30 min time. After loading all our luggage's, that cab driver asked Rs.400 extra as he will be using Gate to gate service so that we can see more places. I told that driver i already paid Rs.4000 and still he forced me to pay Rs.400 extra. Then first place he gone to restaurant for breakfast. After having breakfast, hotel staff came and told me that I have pay for that driver breakfast which I didn't accept, but driver came immediately and asking me to pay for his breakfast and indirectly threatening me that if i am not paying then he wont cover all the places. But still I didn't pay his breakfast and told him politely that I already paid for all the expenses. They we have started seeing places one by one and while seeing places he tried to convince me to pay his lunch and since he is asking for food, i said ok and for that I have paid Rs.170. After having lunch he showed me Lotus Mall to buy items which I haven't asked and looks like if I buy something there he will get some commission. Then he showed me Lotus temple which is nearby and dropped me airport at 03:30pm itself instead of at 05:00pm. In the airport he again asked me for Tips and I said enough. Finally I have called Hotel and they have refunded only Rs.400 and I am not sure on what basis. They supposed to refund at least Rs.1000 as he has shown only 5 places only.
