Atendimento excelente dos funcionários

Cons:

A garagem não comporta carro para todos os quartos do hotel.
Em dia que o hotel ficou cheio precisei estacionar na rua, infelizmente. A cidade é segura mas gerou desconforto. Incoerente para um hotel deste padrão.

Pros:

tem estacionamento no local.

Cons:

A recepção é péssima, o local é bem feio e mal cuidado. O cafe da manha é ruim e muito bagunçado. O restaurante do hotel nao funciona de domingo, apesar de nao estar escrito/informado ao reservar.

Pros:

Café da manhã e localização e funcionários educados

Cons:

Fizeram a cobrança da estadia indevidamente! Já tínhamos pagados por aqui e no check in cobraram novamente! Mas resolveu e foi feito o estorno!
E as instalações do banheiro não estão em bom estado!
