The stay was exceptional. The hotel is housed in a historic building, but the interior is modern and highly digitalized, creating a perfect blend of tradition and contemporary comfort. The hotel and our room overlooking a canal were beautiful, the room was very comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel was excellent, in a quiet area on a canal a short and easy walk from Venezia Santa Lucia station. Complimentary drinks were provided and enjoyed outside the hotel next to the canal.
A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel but a couple of small areas for suggested improvement:
At upwards of 500 euros a night for a room including breakfast although the cold buffet breakfast was fine, it was let down by, and I do not think it is reasonable in a 5* hotel to offer clients, a menu for hot items in which for other than the most basic hot items there is an an additional charge, this practice is annoying lacks elegance and detracts from the breakfast experience.
No iron or ironing board available in the room or on request and in addition no express laundry service is provided. A steamer is provided on request but with no stand for you to place your clothes on whilst steaming them. Could do better for a luxury hotel.
Amazing hotel with super friendly staff. The restaurant is the best in the city. We really enjoyed our stay. Will come back again.

Location was quiet - and easy to get around. Way less crowded than the tourist spots. Staff were amazing and super helpful. The room was outstanding and breakfast was delicious!

It’s wonderful when not only the architecture, the bed, and the breakfast meet the highest standards, but the service here is also flawless—from the moment you arrive until you leave. Thank you, Asia, for the very personal welcome and all the thoughtful touches! Enchanting flower arrangements, room with view to the canal… Our room was a bit too cool upon arrival, but that was fixed in no time.
You really feel like a guest here, and every wish is fulfilled.
At dinner, you’re not only pampered by the waiter; the head chef comes to the table personally to explain his delicious creations—worthy of a Michelin star!
Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired—delicious fruits! Lots of tasty extras, nice,very attentive service). Even the ladies from the housekeeping were exceptionally considerate.

The location of the hotel is perfect to be able to sit beside the canal and watch the world go by without the the hustle and bustle of the main square and surrounding areas.
The staff could not have done more to make us feel looked after and to maximise our 5 day stay with them. They continuously went above and beyond other make our stay perfect and us feel special - Costi was a particular star!
The food is 5 star quality throughout the day, form Breakfast; which always had a large selection of top quality food and drink, through to the main restaurant menu and food which is simply exceptional, in presentation and taste!
The hotel is historically opulent, but mixed with modern luxuries and fittings. Truly stunning - If we come back to Venice, we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else!

Limited menu late at night
Location is good, a little away from the center and the too crowded streets but still in walking distance from all of the main site. Hotel is located by a nice canal where you can take public transport. Staff was very efficient. Breakfast superb. inside of the hotel is well maintained, and beautiful Venice style.
Room temperature control was not always working. Not the best view from the room. Quite expansive at over 800 euros per night... But still a wonderful place to spend some time in Venice
I adore staying here when in Venice. It was my 3rd time and the whole team is so helpful and welcoming. I truly cannot wait to return! Thank you for everything.
