Pros:

Удобное расположение, красивый вид из окна на канал, при заселении бесплатно повысили категорию номера. Большие просторные номера, красиво оформленные в историческом стиле с фресками на стенах и потолке. Вкусный завтрак.

Great hotel and great location, would recommend.
Pros:

The location is great if you need to access the train station and taxi services. The hotel is quite impressive and clean inside. Giuseppe was amazing and a great help, always friendly and happy. We also got a free upgrade.

Cons:

The restaurant staff didn't give us the breakfast menu on any of the days we stayed here. The pancakes weren't fresh and looked like they were out of a packet? Some staff can be grumpy, but most of them were great. The shower works but is a puzzle on how to get the correct temperature and flow?

Pros:

Beautiful property and location. Restaurant was amazing and staff were as good as the food. Everything was exceptional. Beautifully clean, friendly staff and quiet location but with in easy reach of all the main sights. Breakfast was included and the quality of the food was exceptional. We will return!

We visited Venice the end of Jan, it was amazing, still very busy though
Pros:

This hotel is totally beautiful, The staff upgraded our room to a suite and it was incredible, all toiletries are supplied, all designer shampoos, conditioners even toothpaste and brushes. There are even hair straighteners. Handwritten welcoming letters. Everything is gold, including the fire extinguishers. The location is amazing, right on the canal, surrounded by amazing restaurants and 20min walk to Marks square. Breakfast is superb, every conceivable fruit, yoghurts, cold meat, cheeses, nuts, champagne followed by a cooked breakfast from the menu. Staff can’t do enough to please you, they even crushed fresh ginger for us when we asked for ginger ale which was unavailable at that time. If you want to stay somewhere really special this is the place to book. We came the end of Jan when the carnival was just starting, the streets were lined with lights, music, people all dressed in gowns and masks, the atmosphere was incredible

Cons:

Everything is first class here, there isn’t one thing to dislike about this hotel. If you have mobility problems I recommend getting a water taxi directly outside, it’s so much fun, I actually enjoyed it better than the gondola ride, it’s like a limousine on water, the glass roof opens so you can see Venice in style, you can even stand up and look out the open roof, it’s really classy and special. It costs around 80euros to get to the square but it’s fabulous. We landed at Marco Polo airport and took the AVTO just outside the airport to Roma Plaza direct, it costs 18euros return and the hotel is a ten min walk from here, over the main bridge which has a lot of steps and could be difficult for someone with mobility problems, especially dragging a suitcase to. After experiencing the water taxi we booked this back from the hotel to the airport, it’s really fast on the open water and for the fun factor alone it’s worth the 150 euros. Watch out for street sellers, mainly from Africa ,they coheres you in conversation and shake your hand and whilst they have your hand they tie a cheap bracelet on your wrist and demand 20eros or give you a cheap belt.

A beautiful place to stay in a beautiful city.
Pros:

About 30 minutes walk from St. Mark's square, but a really nice walk through streets filled with cafes and shops and beautiful architecture. Beautiful building, superb rooms. A real experience to stay there.

Cons:

Downstairs doesn't really have a lobby to sit in. More of a business centre. But the hotel is really beautiful and that's a very minor complaint about a really great place.

Hotel 5 étoiles et chambre mansarde avec pour lalumiere du jour un Velux de 50x70 environ une surprise car découvert sur place alors que cette réservation avait été faite pour nos 60 années de vie commune dommage c'est ce qui nous fait dire certs la dorure , le service le petit déjeuner était a la hauteur mais pas la chambre

Pros:

Great location, service and very good breakfast.
Our room, although it didn't have the best view, was enormous, super clean and very nice indeed. Felt like being in a museum.
