Unvergessliches Geburtstagsweekend :)

Das Hotel und das gesamte Team waren einfach grossartig. Uns hat es während unseres Aufenthalts an nichts gefehlt. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren jederzeit aufmerksam, herzlich und sichtlich bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm und unvergesslich wie möglich zu gestalten.
Besonders schön waren die liebevollen Extras: Das gebuchte Geburtstagspaket mit dem köstlichen Geburtstagskuchen war eine wunderbare Überraschung. Und die Blumen, die am Weltfrauentag an alle weiblichen Hotelgäste verteilt wurden, waren eine sehr aufmerksame Geste, die dem Aufenthalt wirklich das i-Tüpfelchen verliehen hat.
Auch kulinarisch hat alles überzeugt – das Essen war hervorragend. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Venedig entfernt. Und das Personal? Durchweg top.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

プラリネチョコが用意されていて大変美味しかったです。illyのエスプレッソマシンがあり初めて使いました。お部屋もゴージャスでテンション上がりました。生花の胡蝶蘭が至る所に飾られていました。
朝食はスパークリングワインやワインがあり肉厚のスモークサーモンとチーズに合いました。
チョイスできる料理があり、パンケーキを選びました。フルーツとカスタードがついていて、パンケーキはモチモチで甘くなくてとっても美味しかったです。
エトロのシャンプーリンスやボディローションがありました。

バスタブとハブラシがなかったです。

It was amazing! We received a different level of service that we have never seen in any hotel in the world! They upgraded us for free to a crazy suite including our tenth wedding anniversary and gave us an amazing feeling and it was just great fun! Highly recommend the place

Great hotel and great location, would recommend.
Pros:

The location is great if you need to access the train station and taxi services. The hotel is quite impressive and clean inside. Giuseppe was amazing and a great help, always friendly and happy. We also got a free upgrade.

Cons:

The restaurant staff didn't give us the breakfast menu on any of the days we stayed here. The pancakes weren't fresh and looked like they were out of a packet? Some staff can be grumpy, but most of them were great. The shower works but is a puzzle on how to get the correct temperature and flow?
