Tout était parfait

Cons:

Les galets à la plage en face.
Nous n'avons pas pu réserver de vélo parce que nous n'étions pas en pension complète nous avons trouvé ça dommage.

Cons:

The walls of the rooms are so thin, it seemed like a love hotel. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, from (recurrent) love affairs going on to snoring. Beds are very hard. The staff is also very unprofessional: we asked clearly at the reception if our breakfast was included also for the second day, we asked explicitly, girl behind the counter assured us it was. We weren’t planning to have breakfast there but as we were checking out and the staff assured us it was included, it was convenient for us. After our breakfast we went to our car, started driving away, she came running behind us and said the breakfast wasn’t included and she forced us to pay! After we asked her twice before!! She was sorry but we had to pay. A good hotel should accept its mistake and let the customer be- not run behind a car and force him to pay. It is not about money but the way you treat your customer.
