Las playas, la vegetación del predio, los animales (vimos monos, red frogs, pájaros y otros) y las vistas desde las casa son espectaculares.
El tamaño de las habitaciones y lo bien equipada de la casa con todos utensilios para cocinar y fue muy cómodo tener lavarropas y secaropas en la casa.
Hay un mercadito en el complejo muy cómodo que provee todo lo necesario para la estancia.
La atención de todos fue espectacular especialmente de Oliver que siempre estuvo dispuesto a hacer de nuestra estancia un experiencia espectacular.
Lamentablemente una tormenta reciente había hecho varios estragos en la playa y complejo y x ejemplo el Canopy no estaba disponible, pero enseguida se propusieron compensarnos la situación dándonos 2 carritos de golf sin costo para movernos por el complejo., y siempre su amabilidad suplió cualquier desavenencia del clima. :-)
We had an amazing time at Red Frog Beach Island Resort. The staff were top notch-the front desk, the Market, the Club House, and the golf cart transportation drivers all went out of their way to give us the best experience possible! While transporting our luggage to our Villa, Kenny took the time to show our 7 and 9 year old boys the red frogs and how to spot the sloths in the trees. We loved waking up each morning to see the beautiful Carribean and watch the birds.

We saw a lot of wildlife all around the property. Staff was helpful and kind.
The inside of the villa was a bit old.
And it's a bit painful sometimes to wait for a golf cart to go anywhere. But these were minor inconveniences.

We enjoyed everything at Red Frog. The whole place is amazing. Every staff member was amazing. We especially enjoyed Kenny and Freddie. We wanted to thank everyone for making our stay so wonderful. We felt so taken care of and appreciated all the kindness to our special needs daughter. Even the panga operators took special care of her and helped us in and out of the boats. Thank you all so much!

The staff, the location, the villa itself, the energy. Our villa's view was unmatched!
There were "processing fees" for every item that we charged to the villa and for every transaction which we were not aware of prior and at the end when it came to settling the bill, added up to quite a large amount. Also, the on-site restaurants need better menus with dietary preferences in mind.
