Pros:

Last time I stayed I gave a high score to the property but this time was really disappointing.
I paidfor an Extra bed when booking a room but a bed for a child was never put in our room and we had to sleep on 2 sinles put together!
REALLY uncomfortable!
The staff are not really friendly,I asked for a 'free coffee,' because there was a sign ,'help yourself'. Felt really bad,staff made sure I did. Won't stay again.My high score award certificate should be taken off the wall,it was not reflecting
the hotel standards.
