Nagyon szép hotel, nagyon finom ételek.
Pros:

A nagy választékú reggeli nagyon tetszett és minden nagyon finom volt. Ha nem lett volna a melegvizes baki, max. pontszámos értékelést adtam volna. Gyönyörű a hotel, kedves a személyzet.

Cons:

Azért értékeltem csak 7-esre, mert a szobában (114-es) nem volt meleg vizünk, amit az ott töltött 3 nap alatt 3-szor is jeleztünk, de nem történt változás. Hiba bárhol előfordulhat, a probléma az, hogy nem orvosolták. Emiatt utolsó nap a wellness részleg zuhanyzóját kellett igénybe vennünk, hogy meleg vízben tudjunk lezuhanyozni...Távozáskor nem kérdezték meg, hogy minden rendben volt-e.
Angolul nem mindenki tud, ez kicsit megnehezíti a kommunikációt.

Wunderschön werden wider hier Urlaub machen.
Pros:

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und das Essen im Hotel ist erstklassig. Die renovierten Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Cons:

Eine Garageneinfahrt ohne direkten fahrbaren Zugang muss immer durch Personal mit einem Autolift kontrolliert werden.

A beautiful dream come true
Pros:

The entire experience was outstanding. Staff goes all the way with assistance and welcome, no problem is too big. Food at restaurant and buffet extraordinary. Easily the best hotel on the strip.
