Hotel ótimo! Atendentes despreparados
Pros:

Tudo muito bom

Cons:

Funcionários de balcão total despreparados. Fui cobrado 2 vezes por todo produto que consumi , que inclusive paguei na hora de consumir. Ainda tive que receber msgs no celular desses atendentes me cobrando consumos que não tive. Absurdo. E super ignorantes
