Pros:

As expected of a 3-star, basic, clean. Quiet, not far from the centre.

Cons:

The breakfast - 3 options from a menu - could have been better (i.e. a continental buffet selection).

Grata sorpresa
Pros:

Es un hotel que gratamente cumplió con mis expectativas por mi horario de entrada y salida no puedo valorar mas que el confort de la habitación y la amabilidad del personal de recepción, el resto lo dejaré para otro vez porque estoy seguro que volveré a repetir.

Demasiado hotel para tan poco personal y tan poco cualificado

La ubicación, sin duda. El hotel, como edificio, es precioso: pero transmite mucho abandono y dejadez.

Cons:

Me han intentado cobrar dos veces el mismo servicio: la recepcionista que estaba cuando llegué el jueves por la noche me intentó cobrar una habitación ya pagada vía Booking sin dar crédito a la documentación que así lo acreditaba y demostrando un considerable desconocimiento de cómo funciona Booking.
El desayuno es muy pobre para lo que se cobra y la persona que atiende el comedor / restaurante durante el desayuno es muy poco amable.
En recepción la mayor parte de las veces no ha nadie: hoy mismo, al ir a dejar las llaves, hemos tenido que tocar la campanilla porque no aparecía nadie… claro, es que atiende recepción la misma persona que da los desayunos.
