aardig personeel, airco deed het goed. Ontbijt was prima.

veel items die volgens booking.com aanwezig zouden zijn waren er niet, bv geen glazen, geen stoel etc. Kamer vrij klein en uitzicht op ander gebouw, verder niet. WC bril zat los en wc onhandig geplaatst naast douchewand

Peccato che ci sia stato un problema con l'acqua calda e quando abbiamo chiesto hanno fatto i finti tonti, avrei preferito una maggiore sincerità,dato che sono cose possono capitare

Bien, sin más, para una noche y poco más
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, y el desayuno buffet es muy completo y muy bueno.

Cons:

La ducha muy mal, en mi caso no salía agua caliente y tras un largo rato conseguí que saliese por medio de abrir el lavabo primero.
Por otro lado, en mi habitación la pequeña cortina que había no cubría nada de nada y a las 5:30 de la mañana ya había una luz enorme dentro de la habitación

Pros:

Prima prijs kwaliteit. Het hotel is gedateerd, heeft geen lift. Maar locatie is prima, op enkele minuten van de hoofdstraat en dichtbij de oude stad. (Berat is sowieso top!) vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt is super. Ruime keuze en lekker. Parkeren konden we voor de deur.

Cons:

De badkamer is verouderd. Het hotel is oubollig

La ubicación lo único bueno
Pros:

Buena ubicación y parking a la puerta. La habitación era grande, pero antiguo. El wifi funcionaba bien y tenía persianas.

Cons:

Muy viejo, la cama sonaba todo el rato, el aire acondicionado era casi más ventilador que frío. Las vistas desde la ventana, un jardín descuidado y muchísimas tuberías. La mampara de la ducha no cerraba bien y cuando quise ducharme por la noche no había agua caliente. Nos fuimos antes de la hora del desayuno.
