Good location and room was clean and beds were comfortable.

We arrived prior to the stated check-in time and were given early room access.

Breakfast had a good variety, although it changed. For two days it was a buffet but on the last two it became a la carte of sorts, although the language barrier made it challenging.

Cons:

Safe locked unable to use.

No lounge area in the room or reception. Hotel didn't have a shared space so we had to use the restaurant to do some admin.

We requested a change of rooms because of a smell in bathroom. This was sorted promptly by the staff.

Room had no kettle or plug for the vanity basin. There is no lift. Lighting could be improved in the room.

The rooms had a large 4 or 5 door wardrobe which take up a lot of room space. Each room has one stool and no chairs.

Shower didn't drain very well so ended up almost overflowing.

To overcome the language barrier we used google translate to request a taxi to the bus station. The ride took place and was on time however it was not with an official taxi. Looked to be a family member or friend in a well worn vehicle.

Ubicación perfecta para ir andando (15 min) al río y el centro histórico. Parking gratuito en la puerta. Desayuno buffet correcto. Todo muy nuevo.

Cons:

Wij kregen kamer 201 en sliepen juist onder de pomp vd waterketel dus elke keer dat er iemand in het hotel water gebruikte was er een enorm lawaai waardoor we geen oog dicht gedaan hebben.

Sehr enttäuschend, Preis definitiv zu hoch für dieses elende Zimmer.

Gute Lage, gutes Morgenbuffet

Cons:

Sehr dunkles Zimmer, fast kein Tageslicht, warmes Wasser erst nach minutenlangem aufgedrehtem Wasserhahn oder Dusche. Schlechte Beleuchtung im Zimmer und Bad. Übler Geruch im Zimmer und Bad abends. Nach Reklamation wurde mir ein Zimmer im 2.Stock angeboten, welches auch nicht mehr Tageslicht hatte. Würde nie wieder in dieses Hotel, bin früher abgereist….. Schade ☹️

Liked hotel but shower needs a door ,doesnt need all those heads making floor like an ice rink.
Pros:

Central location. Nice girl at reception.

Cons:

The shower.8 jets ....why ? Cold water.No door.Water sprays all over bathroom floor.Someone will get a serious injury 1 day.

Hotel da dimenticare
Pros:

Ok la posizione e Ok la colazione

Cons:

- 1a camera assegnata: distanza tra letto e armadio non permetteva di aprire le ante
Chiesta sostituzione. Risultato 2a camera:
- un letto contro il muro
- Doccia senza nessun cristallo o tenda, quindi acqua su wc e pavimento allagato
- Perdita scarico sotto lavabo con rivolo d'acqua sul pavimento diretto verso doccia
- No ascensore e nessun aiuto x bagaglio
- Telecomando TV rotto e con pile scariche,
telecomando split condizionatore rotto
- nessuna mensola in bagno e pure lo spazio soprra la vaschetta-wc occupato dalla carta igienica (nessun portarotolo)
- interruttore vicino letto rotto ( pure pericoloso)
