Cons:

Café da manhã limitado e não ter elevador pode pesar para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção. Especialmente se ficarem nos últimos andares.

Pros:

O café era a partir das 7h, mas precisava sair do hotel antes do horário e já haviam algumas coisas na mesa do café da manhã e o hotel foi muito solícito e liberou que tomássemos o café com o que já tinha posto na mesa.

O atendimento prestado foi excepcional, o café da manhã muito bom e o quarto super limpo e organizado. A cama é muito confortável e em geral o quarto atendeu muito bem nossa necessidade.

Cons:

O hotel não possui elevador e, por estar viajando com um bebê de um ano, subir e descer dois andares de escada com uma criança no colo ficou bem complicado. Apesar da equipe do hotel ajudar com as malas, a ausência de um elevador complica bastante.

Estadia foi satisfatória, mas precisa melhorar e ter mais cuidados com os detalhes que fazem a diferença.
Pros:

Quarto estava limpo, bem espaçoso, boa localização.

Cons:

Consideramos o quarto satisfatório. Apesar de ter sido alocada em um quarto de fundos para evitar barulho, ainda assim, devido uma obra ao lado era sem condições de dormir. Café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, primeiro dia faltou frutas, ovos mexidos, copos. Segundo dia repetiu a mesma situação, até café preto faltou, isso é o mínimo de cuidado que precisa ter em relação a reposição do buffet. Atendimento dos funcionários da reposição (copa) também muito ruim, a pessoa grosseira. Acredito que sejam detalhes que precisam de atenção.
