Falta de responsabilidade

Recebi uma mensagem de cancelamento de minha reserva e mesmo assim fui cobrada. Na mensagem dizia que o dia havia sido cancelado e que eu poderia fazer outra reserva. Não quis fazer pois já tinha outro local, minha reserva ainda assim foi descontada do cartão da empresa.

Cons:

Liguei várias vezes, ninguém atendeu e quando atendeu foi a moça que cuida das camas, dizendo que o recepcionista estava no almoço e era para eu ligar depois. Conclusão sai do meu trabalho por causa desse desconto indevido.

Bem localizado, mas sem elevador, e colocam a gente com mala lá em cima sem ninguém ir ajudar. O café da manhã é horrível, não sei como continuam assim... Margarina, nem manteiga tem. todo dia as mesmas frutas. Ovo pasteurizado. Péssimo.

O local é ótimo! As pessoas são educadas.

Cons:

Que o hotel não tem elevador! Fiquei no terceiro andar e subir três lances de escada o tempo todo não foi legal. Mas o resto está de parabéns

O atendimento e a gentileza de todos os funcionários do Hotel foram impecáveis. A acomodação limpa. Café da manhã muito gostoso.

Apenas do barulho, pois estava tendo uma obra na mesma rua.
