Wer es rustikal, einfach und natürlich mag, ist hier genau richtig! Eigenes Fahrzeug ist ein Muss!
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, um in kurzer Zeit (6- 45 Minuten) an verschiedene Orte wie Strände, Buchten, Naturschutzgebiete, Höhlen, Märkte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu gelangen.

Die bäuerliche Finca liegt ländlich, inmitten eines etwas wilden Garten, ist sehr rustikal, einfach und zweckmässig von der Innenausstattung. Alles nötige ist vorhanden. Der Poolbereich ist ok.

Das Besitzerehepaar ist ausserordentlich hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer für einen interessantes Gespräch offen!

Cons:

Eher als Bemerkung und nicht aus Nichtgefallen wird erwähnt:

Es kommt vor, dass man in der sonst ruhigen, idyllischen Umgebung, je nach Windrichtung etwas Strassenlärm hört.

Das Besitzerehepaar ist Morgens anwesend (jedenfalls war dies im Juli der Fall). Frühstück gibt es von 09:00 - 10:00.
Es ist ein mallorquinisches Frühstück., einfach, gut und schmackhaft: mit Gurken/Tomaten/Käse/Aufschnitt belegte kleine Schnitten, dazu Tomaten-Gurkensalat, eine Fruchtsorte, Nature-Joghurt, Getreideflocken, ein Süssgebäck, Kaffee, Milch und Orangensaft.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit selbst eingekauftes Essen im Garten oder der eigenen Terrasse zu Verspeisen.

Pros:

Die Lage. Sehr ruhig mit nur wenig Straßengeräuschen.
Schöner Pool aber ohne Polster.

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt war sehr speziell. Die Betreiber sind sehr nett, haben aber ziemlich spezielle Regeln. Teilweise sinnvoll teilweise unnütz. Unser erstes Zimmer unten im Haupttrakt war muffig, feucht und dunkel. Nach 3 Tagen könnten wir wechseln. Das Zimmer war deutlich besser.
Frühstück ausreichend aber auch speziell: man bekommt Brote belegt.
Moskitonetz mitnehmen.
Der Aufenthalt am Pool am letzten Tag bei spätem Flug ist nicht erlaubt.
Alles wirkt ein bisschen unaufgeräumt und lieblos.
Wir haben kein Problem mit einfachen Unterkünften, aber nicht zu diesem Preis!!! Viel zu teuer.

Pros:

Berta et Juan sont adorables et partagent leur savoir et l’amour de leur île avec passion.
L’endroit est d’une tranquillité absolue et très bien situé à 5 minutes en voiture du très joli village d’Artá.
Loin de l’agitation des zones côtières le site est parfait.

Det er kun nogle værelser,der har terresse med view. Vores første værelse mørkt med lille Patio uden udsigt. Vi fik dog et andet efter weekenden når det blev ledigt.Køleskab i stykker. Der ikke kunne laves pga weekend. Man var velkommen til at have lidt ost og lign i køleskab, men Man skulle selv købe plastikbestik i byen, Det virkede mærkeligt, at man ikke kunne låne bestik hos dem. Lidt kaffe og te i små breve på værelserne ville have været
Dejligt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nos hôtes étaient très attentionnés et de bon conseil pour de nous faire découvrir la région. Le logement a beaucoup de charme et il est très bien placé. Les petits déjeuners étaient très bons également.

Pros:

A splendid location, in a well-kept garden. The hosts were friendly and offered exceptional advice for visiting the island. The breakfast is diverse, with different dishes every morning. There are only a few rooms, and for us, the one with a garden view was a perfect choice. It is a quiet, beautiful spot, where one can spend several days or more, finding the tranquility and enjoying the beauty of Mallorca. We had a rental car and visited the caves in the zone, and the beaches north of Arta. Arta itself is only three km away, and we spent pleasant evenings visiting the town and the nice restaurants in the area. We definitely would recommend this "finca".

Pros:

La ubicación cerca de Artà y de varias.playas. Las instalaciones. La terraza de nuestra habitación grande con vistas al jardin. La posibilidad de poder hacer alguna comida ligera en la terraza. Que hubiera una pequeña nevera en la habitacion.

Cons:

En general Poca variedad en el desayuno. Falta de productos típicos de la isla.

Das Hotel ist Inh. geführt und wir waren herzlich willkommen

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn ein Gemeinschaftsküche Kühlschrank mit Getränken zur Verfügung stünde. So ist es manchmal schwierig, abends noch ein Getränk zu sich zu nehmen.

Sehr nett und idyllisch gelegen.

Cons:

Klimaanlage Recht laut auch wenn sie ausgeschaltet war.
Wir mussten die Anlage Punkt 11Uhr verlassen, also kein späten Flug buchen 😉

Charming, peaceful finca with gracious and welcoming hosts
Pros:

Photos do not do this place justice. Absolutely stunning finca outside of Arta. A charming and beautiful place for couples to relax. Only 5 rooms means that it is quiet which is ideal for the peaceful setting. Juan and Berta are so charming and gave lots of recommendations for the area which we were grateful for. Our room was wonderfully clean and of a very generous size, the beds were comfortable, and the facilities were great. Thanks again, Juan and Berta!

A good stay.
Pros:

The hosts and the breakfasts were wonderful. The rooms were kept clean. The location was convenient for Arta, the local main town, as well as Son Severa. The room had a very large bathroom.

Cons:

It was only the lack of drawer space that disappointed us. However, when we needed more coat hangers, they were supplied.

It would be nice for Sunday arrivals if a bottle of water was left in the fridge.
