Perfect for our short stay. I’d choose to stay here again if we are back in Setubal.
Pros:

Convenient location, quiet but easy walk to old town, restaurants, the famous Market, ferry to Troia. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast offerings of scrambled eggs, cheeses, fruit, meats, pastries served fresh. Room is decorated with taste and comfortable. Complimentary welcome spritz was a nice touch.

Small boutique hotel well located in peaceful Setubal
Pros:

Spacious room and tastefully decorated outdoor space. Breakfast was delicious.
Many thanks to the staff for their kind assistance.
Daniel was very dedicated to the guests needs. The information he provided was always accurate. Thank you.
I will return to the Art Rio hotel without hesitation.

Cons:

At times they have some groups of cyclists staying at the hotel and the graceful, artistic atmosphere of the hotel changed to look more like a sports club.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem netten Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gemacht, mit vielen netten kleinen Details. Es liegt zentral in Setúbal, auch Parkplätze sind ohne Probleme zu bekommen. Der Concierge hat uns enthusiastisch "seine Stadt" nähergebracht. Er war sehr engagiert.

Five stars for the staff.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Pros:

Communication with the hotel even before our stay was very responsive and super helpful.
Checkin was very friendly and made us feel welcome straight away.
Room 102 - looking onto the Avenida and very comfy - nice coffee machine too.
Breakfast was perfect to our taste and constantly replenished.
Many bars and restaurants close by and easy to walk around.
The fizz & chocolates for my birthday was a very special surprise.
The hotel is super and the wonderful staff take it to the next level.

Hotel confortável na melhor localização, atendimento simpático e eficiente, ótima opção em Setúbal.
Pros:

+ Localização não poderia ser melhor, na principal avenida da cidade, fácil para passeios, compras ou restaurantes
+ atendimento muito simpático de toda a equipe
+ quarto amplo, cama boa, banheiro e chuveiro bons, ar eficiente e silencioso.
+ café da manhã gostoso (poderia apenas ter mais frutas)
+ bom custo-benefício

Cons:

+ Não tem estacionamento (mas é fácil parar nas ruas atrás do hotel)
+ Não tem elevador (eu sabia, só não esperava por 54 degraus até meu quarto, carregando mala)
