Loistava sijainti ja erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. Huone (sviitti) oli mukava ja tilava, luksusta kun oli kaksi kylpyhuonetta! Aamiainen oli hyvä.

Tres bonne localisation et déjeuner correcte

This is a fabulous hotel in a perfect location. There is a well maintained central park/garden area with cafes located just in front of the hotel. The old historic town is a few minutes walk away and has pleasant squares, cafes and shops. The Rio Art hotel design is creative with interesting art works displayed. I had a premier room with balcony located at the front of the hotel overlooking the parks. It was large, light, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The towels in the bathroom were luxurious. Nice to have coffee making facilities with coffee pods, bottled water and a small bottle of wine provided gratis, as well as having a fridge. The breakfast areas are stylish and there was an excellent varied choice of food on offer. Although there isn’t a lift in the hotel my case and my friends case were taken up to our rooms which was a most welcome gesture. The hotel staff at reception were delightful, exceptionally friendly and helpful, a pleasure to meet and a credit to the hotel.

Muy limpio y acogedor

The hotel is in a good position, 2 blocks from the sea and within easy walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. The rooms were lovely, with individual themes and spacious bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the shutters made it very dark and quiet at night. There was a coffee machine and a fridge which was great during the hot weather. The AC was a big blessing too and very efficient. It was nice having a small accessible balcony from my room 102. The breakfast room like the rest of the hotel had stylish furniture and there was a good choice of meats, cheese pastries and fruit. Scrambled eggs, bacon and mini sausages were the hot options. We particularly enjoyed the pastel de nata and pecan maple plaits. There is a little communal area on the 1st floor which was nice to use. There is no lift but we managed fine on the first floor. As the name suggests there is art around the hotel and everything is modern and clean in an interesting older building. We had a very nice time during our 2 nights here.

Very comfortable hotel with extremely friendly, helpful staff. Room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel is in a good location very close to the central market and a Pingo Doce supermarket. Receptionist suggested a nearby restaurant which was a short walk from the hotel and it was very enjoyable.

Fantastico hotel en la avenida principal de Setubal, a pocos minutos a pie de todo ( puerto, centro, restaurantes etc)
El personal es superamable y siempre disponible para ayudar con todo lo que uno pueda necesitar a para dar consejos acerca de lo que hay que hacer y donde comer
Las habitaciones son amplias e equipadas con todo lo necesario, y la cama es muy comoda
