Enjoyed the EXchange Hotel and would recommend it. I will definitely consider staying there again.
Pros:

Loved the location which was walking distance to Canada Place. The restaurant on the second floor for breakfast was very good. All staff from valet, front desk, room steward and restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive.

Pros:

The room was not well lighted and the layout was strange - there was a couch i an alcove that couldn't see the TV and you couldn't read because there were no lights. Also, prefer a closet and not an exposed hanging. I expected a view being on the top floor but my view was of a 6 foot stone wall!

Horrified that they overcharged by over 1,500 CAD and although messaged and emailed this has not been resolved. Poor int

Cons:

That they billed over double the quoted amount, and after nearly a week have not returned the correct amount. They sent an invoice which below title information was empty, and initially sent a message showing the correct figure.
We found the communication between staff members was poor, although some staff members were very helpful.
The hotel has an odd feeling as reception is on the second floor.

I do like the hotel over all but it’s not worthy of the price

Fabulous hotel that we couldn’t fault
Pros:

The location to the cruise terminal was excellent. The room was quiet, clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was also priced correctly as all Vancouver hotels are expensive. The bottled water in the room was also appreciated.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen! 😊

Super Lage – ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, das jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Gut ausgestattetes Fitnesscenter, was für uns ein grosses Plus war.

Tolles Frühstück! Die Auswahl war sehr lecker und fast alle Speisen konnten auch vegetarisch bestellt werden. Auch individuelle Wünsche oder Änderungen wurden problemlos berücksichtigt.

Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen. ⭐️
