Would love if there was a pool/sauna/steam room - only thing it's missing!
Conveniently located in the city center and to Canada Place. Staff personnel were very friendly and helpful.
Room was small. Temperature system was so "green" it was difficult to set control to comfortable level. In-room coffee pod machine malfunctioned and required hotel staff assistance and replacement. Room price was quite high for room size and hotel amenities.
After a month on the road, checking in here was no fuss, easy…even a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary. Breakfast room pleasant. Downtown location good.

The first room we were allocated (a queen studio) was ridiculously small, could not even open our suitcases, but the second night we were moved to a king studio which was great, still not very large but we could at least unpack.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever had such a great experience with a hotel staff before. The hotel is perfectly located and the amenities are just what one could ask for. The Hydra restaurant has a wonderful breakfast, wine list and dinner menu. The one thing I had trouble with was the size of the desk. But even that was explained in detail to me and while the staff offered to upgrade me to solve the isue, the hotel was unfortunately fully booked throughout my stay.

Location and hotel staff were great. Rooms were modern and clean.
Bathroom tank making loud noises when toilet flushed or shower used. We could even hear the next room which woke us up! Pipes and tank making loud screeching noises. Also lumpy beds - not a 5 star hotel.
The staff is simply the best. Every single person treats you like royalty.
We loved the restaurant attached to the hotel, it was fantastic. We went for breakfast and lunch.
The staff was always so gracious and kind. The location can’t be beat. Would definitely come back!
