We will go back again and are indeed returning before flying off the next day.
Pros:

Location
Very helpful staff, including the back end office. We had a medical reason to not be able to check in on the scheduled date. The hotel refunded that night despite the reservation had changed into being non refundable locked in price.
Human touch.

Great hotel. Excellent location. Highly recommended
Pros:

We stayed on the dividend floor which was fantastic . The concierge was very helpful and friendly.

Another comfortable stay.
Pros:

Third time staying here. It’s not fancy in the over top way much more expensive hotels might be but it’s super clean, well appointed and with great staff. For the price in DT Vancouver, I think the EXchange is excellent.

Second time and I will come back again!
Pros:

I love how friendly and helpful the staff is (It was raining and a brolly was provided). The rooms are quite modern and very comfortable. Also, the location is great! There are many options of coffee shops, restaurantes and bars nearby. Also it is easy to get to the tube station.

Cons:

A vending machine would be great

I didn’t really like anything maybe the elevator was cute.

Cons:

I didn’t like our room our room was little and we paid for like the highest room level and it was so tiny. Our view was also terrible. It was completely covered by some brick building.

Excellent hotel, and only a 4-minute walk from the truly excellent bar at the Georgia Hotel. Would absolutely stay again
Pros:

Comfortable, spacious, well-designed and exceptionally clean rooms. Wonderful staff too.

Cons:

The hotel bar/restaurant (Hydra) was decent enough, but closed earlier than a hotel bar ought to (10pm in some cases). I suspect it’s a separate business entity from the hotel, as while the hotel staff acted as though the guests were doing them a favour by staying there, Hydra staff really seemed to feel they were doing the customer a favour by serving them.
