We had such a great experience at the Exchange Hotel that we decided to extend our stay for two nights! The staff was incredibly accommodating and was able to keep us in the same ADA-accessible room for my husband, which we truly appreciated.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Vancouver

We needed a centrally located hotel, also near the Sea Plane Terminal and the hotel was great for both. The room was great and we had a comfortable night.

Attention to detail was great! From waters and milk (gratis) in the mini-fridge, to the 4th floor outdoor deck, this little hotel covered all the bases. The staff was AMAZING — friendly and attentive; I have zero complaints.

The shower head in the bathroom was not very good. And the mattress was too soft.

Everything was great from location and staff especially. It was more than we wanted to pay but it was worth it and I would stay there again.
Rooms and the rest of the hotel are very nicely finished. Environmental considerations and comfort of the beds. Location is perfect.
