Location. Great rooms. Amazing staff
Nothing
I liked the comfortable large bed and the view of the city. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help.
Its a complete package
Practically nothing
Great location. Helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed
My wife and I rode the Skytrain into the Waterfront station from YVR after three flights from Iquitos, Peru. We were dog tired and dirty. A short walk from the exit, to the hotel and then we were in a lovely room, with the most comfortable bed. After showering we ate a nice meal at the adjoining Greek restaurant, the Hydra. Great food! Check out is 12 noon, so we had a blissful long sleep. A wonderful welcome home gift. Then a short walk to the Hullo ferry and back to our Island home. A great experience.
we have nothing to complain about really. it was a sunday so there wasn't even any street noise. the front desk even stowed our luggage while we went and had a coffee at the nearby cafe, Guffo.
I stay at the EXchange hotel in every time I travel to Vancouver for work. I’m permitted to book anywhere, but this is my favourite hotel. It’s well located, the rooms are beautiful and clean, I love the heated bathroom floors and that there is no noisy radiator in the bedrooms (they explain how the rooms are heated, it’s eco friendly and silent), and the staff is SO lovely! It doesn’t hurt that it’s connected to a Lindor chocolate shop either. I’ve only eaten at the hotel restaurant once, but it was very good.
The only downside is that none of the rooms have a particularly good view, some face the wall of another building. If a view is important to you, there are some with views of the city but none with views of the water (not important if you are out and about all day).
