Wonderful stay.
Pros:

The staff are excellent; they try to help you in every way possible. Room is nice with decent size, facilities in the room is perfect. Complimentary drinking water and milk in the minibar is very convenient. All is beyond expectation.

Cons:

Breakfast menu with more choice will be perfect.

Perfect from start to finish
Pros:

This hotel is outstanding. Great location, excellent customer service, gorgeous breakfast, clean, quiet, modern yet historical, with amazing facilities including a gym. Ten out of ten from me.

Location great. Room service quick.

Cons:

Beds were mediocre, woke up stiff. Location downtown so except noise. Other businesses inside hotel main lobby so random people at night. Weird rules about use of gym (need card to access) and extra cost hidden after booking with booking.com parking all the way at bottom floor- tiny spots.
