Location was great for cruise terminal. Staff was great. Happy hour was great and reasonably priced. Beautiful property.
Room was very small and crowded. Not enough lighting. Can’t adjust room temp.
Saw a few bugs...needs extermination.
The location of the hotel is superb. The staff is super nice.
The only thing I didn't like about the room was the shower. It doesn't have a proper door, so every time you have a shower, the whole bathroom gets flooded.

Beautiful hotel so handy for cruise liners, seaplane flights, bus tours ect. Just a couple of minutes down the road. The hotel itself is well appointed beautiful bathroom huge shower, fabulous breakfast so much choice. . Really nice and would recommend if going on a cruise from Vancouver or just visiting.
Has to use the lift as no stairs other than emergency staircase.

The pillows were very soft and offered no support.
The position of the bed made it difficult to get around, if sleeping by the window.
The coffee machine light and the iPad light made sleeping difficult.
