Cozy location at the entrance of the park.
Pros:

Location was great! Facilities were historic and recently updated. Extremely clean

Cons:

Ice machine was broken. The office hours were 07:00 to 22:00. I had trouble getting in touch with the office. I need to change my reservation due to my work travel schedule changing, and did not get a phone response. They didn’t respond when the booking.com rep called or when I called or respond to the messages sent inside the app.

Would not stay here again.
Pros:

It was okay, a place to stay but not terribly comfortable. The staff were nice and met our request for a first floor room.

Cons:

Beds not comfortable, , rooms just rather dingy for the price.

Cons:

This property fell sort in many ways. Arrived after a long day on the road and found the front des clerk uninformed and pathetically uninterested in making us feel welcomed. The biggest issue we had with this property was their idea of servicing a room was replacing the room coffee packets . When we returned to our room after a long day to in the bed unmade, trash cans full, no fresh towels and carpet not vacuumed.
We would not recommend this property to others staying in the Yellowstone area.

Could be more comfortable.
Pros:

Well located, easy access.

Cons:

The room remains bright during the night due to the external lights. It’s not comfortable. Also, the parking area is so close to the room, getting noisy when people arrive / leave.

Clean, comfortable stay!
Pros:

Great location for our plans! Nice little quick breakfast options and always great to have coffee available :) We woke to elk roaming the nearby pasture.

Cons:

Other than being on the second floor (no biggie), our one night stay was satisfactory.

Pros:

Although the property is split up between other residential properties and buildings - the Roosevelt buildings are well maintained and look well maintained. Without that, it would give guests pause and may consider safety concerns.

Cons:

I didn’t like the other properties mixed in between the buildings.
